Awww, people, to be honest I feel somewhat disappointed that you're all so eager to see Purab get kicked out. Let's think about this logically : We know Gunjan's more reserved than your average college kid but surely, we also know that she's fiercely loyal, right? I mean the extent of her anger towards Samrat only goes to show how deeply she cherished their friendship, doesn't it?
As far as Purab's role as a potential catalyst is concerned, it might not be such a bad thing. In fact, I think it would be pretty consistent with Samrat's character if he discovers his true feelings for Gunjan through jealousy because we've seen that he doesn't emotionally open up to people (Gunjan's probably one of the very few) so I guess it would take him some time (and a little external help) before the light dawns on him. Alternatively, if Purab isn't supposed to initiate a jealousy track, that would still work. In fact, mileyhumtum_fan, I liked your idea about Purab revealing his feelings to Samrat and S then realising how much it really affects him.👏
Also, if you think about it, Purab's an old friend of Samrat's so he's probably seen a younger, more vulnerable Samrat and it would be nice to see a glimpse of that kind of friendship, wouldn't it😳? Btw, kavya.b, I really like your BB idea too 👏- in fact, Gunjan might feel so bad that she might even yell out his support to him from the crowd. The fact that she doesn't like drawing attention to herself and is STILL willing to call out to him would kinda prove how deep their friendship runs and I'm pretty sure Samrat would understand and appreciate that. If that happened, Michael Jordan himself couldn't steal the match from him😆.
Lastly, I think the reason a lot if people are disconcerted is the article that says 'Gunjan becomes fond of him'. To be honest, I think this is just a quibble on semantics - I mean I'm 'fond of' my friends, doesn't mean I'm in love with them or ...that I would be willing to believe that a basketball has feelings if they said so😆😆😆...It's probably just the creatives putting their feelers out to gage the reactions of the audience.
So come on people, let's try keeping the faith here! 👍🏼And I seriously doubt the slow dance will be a dream this time, I'm pretty sure the creatives are aware of how the previous Sajan dream tortured people...they do know...right?.....RIGHT????????😕
P.S. I know people are probably falling asleep on the rant right now...but I have to ask...doesn't anyone else think it's strange that Purab's apparently joined Excel College and is still Gunjan's opponent on the RJ show? I mean, surely, if G is representing the College, that must mean each college is only permitted one applicant?😕 PD, would really appreciate it if you could clear up this confusion for me and thanks for all your hard work on the show!!!!!👏👏👏
