Guyz i need ur HELP !!

whnevr i wnna add ne 1 2 d buddy list....n after i click on add 2 buddy list....

an error cumz sayin...ur nt an active member...blah blah blah......😡😭

does ne 1 hav a solution......hw du i bcum an active member??
