1 I, me myself: I am a Delhi girl who studied at the New Era School and, later,
Sociology in Sri Venkateswara College. I've been associated with prominent Delhi theatre groups like Antara, Khilona and Sahmat. My stage experience helped.

2 Spontaneity counts: I think the most important thing for all actors is to be
spontaneous. Training in acting doesn't necessarily make life easier. You can't have 'practised expressions'.

3 On my telly trek : I have anchored the travel show Operation Gold (Star Gold) and I've done the odd episode in Star Bestseller. I am now doing Miilee, a primetime soap with Raman Kumar. I play Miilee, a bubbly girl. There are several layers to her character.

4 Beyond TV: I seldom get time for anything else. I like to stay at home and sleep.

5 The future: I am committed to Miilee for three years, during which I can also do films. I'm reading scripts and have an offer from Mahesh Bhatt.
