I just read an IF article that says that Akhilesh (in the process of trying to get his vasectomy reversed) is gonna fall foul to a fake doctor who will steal his kidneys and sell them. The article actually gave the impression that the fake doctor does succeed in removing them. Is this true? Without kidneys won't Akhilesh die ?

Akhilesh is going to get a job under that fake doctor. Don't worry his hanikarak biwi is going to save him for sure. I saw one on location video and now it seems Ira saves him at the nick of time and take away Akhilesh when he is still under effect of anesthesia. So that will be a treat to watch I guess.

As Akhilesh may again want to swim in Ira's gal ke gadhhe just like after the operation.😆

I just saw that location video. Why was Akhilesh angry at Ira? He was like I expected this from you, you've always caused me harm...? He's probably unaware that she actually saved him.

Absolutely he is unaware and he wants to push Ira Away so that she can fulfill her & her father's dream and Akhilesh don't want Ira to pity him or feel tied up with him. He will purposely heart Ira several times I think. He definitely wants to keep the promises he made to Ira's pappa, so it'll take him long to accept his true feeling towards her and act accordingly, as he is the man of honor and believes in pran jaye par bachan na jaye I guess. But doctorni ji jan se kaushis to jarur karegi.

Btw have you seen the on location video of Ira (HB) giving CPR (Mouth to Mouth too) to Akhilesh (the Patidev) 😉 . But it was shot in such a brilliant way, it seems normal Doctor & Patient scenario. 👏👏

Yeah I saw it 😳 It really was shot brilliantly and the way Jiyaa chuckled right after the director yelled "mouth to mouth 😆
