Author's Note : Ok! so this is my second attempt of an ishveer FF.I think I have improved a lot since my last FF. This is not a happy one and totally different from the real story. Hope you like it.
Prologue no.1
Firstly when I opened my eyes, my vision blured .I tried again and this time I was successful. As soon as got my consciousness, I started looking for her. I thought she will be the first to see me after my heart transplant but to mu disappointment, I found none in the room . Suddenly, a nurse came , without wasting a second I asked her about ishani. But again to my surprise I got a letter and the nurse without uttering a word left the room. I was really surprised and was afraid too at the same time but I eagerly wanted to know about ishani so I just opened the letter.
Dear Ranveer,
I know that this letter is not going to give you pleasure as it tells you that I am no more physically. But if you you wanna find me just follow my instructions. Put your right hand on the left side of your chest where you can feel my heart beating . Yes, it's the truth.You will find another letter later . Till than Meri aashiqui tum se hi.

A shiver went down through out my body and I lost my thinking and just ran towards the door, reaching in the corridor of hospital, I started looking for Michael, I then found him coming out of his cabin, I asked him about Ishani. Firstly , he said that my condition is not well to run but then when I asked him again about her without giving an ear to what he said, he understood my condition and pointed towards the door adjacent to me room. I opened the door and found my world there or my died world there.
