i don't thing she will turn negative but my guess is she is already negative character. in the past we have seen the story always moves with four characters in that one will be negative here too ns rv are not like chirag they are prisoners of Situations and ritika turned negative in the middle . so naina is negative either she should be responsible for the death of her sister or she should know the truth about her sister death and using love&care of ns she should be fulcrum and her family should be behind her(especially aarthi or her husband)

as i said earlier it is only be wild guess
