If i think in her way then she must have thought that if ritika can get those sabhoot and antidote in nick of time...then if ishaani uses her brains may be ritika will get arrest but then what if she doesn't gives the antidote or say that she was told by someone whom she had not seen...then even the last hope will go as shikhar too told her that case is literally complicated and RV might get in jail for very long time...plus that deteriorating face..it will kill the will of RV...see when we are in panic..the intelligence gives away and only one thing remains...survival...and for her ...survival of RV was more than survival of her life...
