Ranveer turned off the lights in his room and went to sleep but it seemed like sleep was deprieved of him. Whatever happened that day had a great impact on his mind and his thoughts seemed to be uncontrollable today. Ranveer turned on the lights of his room and got up from his bed. He moved towards Ishaani's cupboard and after a span for three long years he managed the strength and opened it.
The moment he did that a pink colored teddy fell off on the ground. Ranveer within a fraction bent down and picked it up. The moment he saw held the teddy he broke down.
Flashback "Ishaani..Ishaani.." Ranveer came home from office holding lots of shopping bags in his hand and calling out for Ishaani.
"Kya hua Ranveer..kyun chilla rahe ho..." Ishaani came out from the kitchen while wiping her wet hands with napkin.
The moment she came out she saw lots of shopping bags all around the room.
"Ranveer...whats all this..itna sab..kya.." Ishaani questioned seeing those bag around.
"Ye sab humari princess ke liye..." Ranveer said this while keeping coming near Ishaani and keeping his hand on her belly.
"You know you gave me the biggest news today..I am so so so happy Ishaani..Now my family will be completed..You, me, Ravish and our cute little princess..." Ranveer said this to Ishaani in a very excited tone.
"And how do you know we will have a baby girl only?" Ishaani asked Ranveer while folding her hands around her chest and smirked at him.
Ranveer came near Ishaani and held her by her shoulders and said, "Because I love you more than you and therefore I know we will have a baby girl.."
Hearing this Ishaani blushed.
"Acha..waise what have you brought in all this bags?' Ishaani asked.
Ranveer in excitement pulled out the pink teddy in a go and handed over to Ishaani. And than later one by one he pulled out all the toys and things that he had brought for his would be kid. Ishaani all the time was just looking at the excited Ranveer and was getting happy.
"Now my family will be complete. Thank you Bappa for making everything so perfect in our life." Ishaani thought this while looking at Ranveer lovingly.
Flashback Ends
Ranveer controlled himself and wiped his tears. He hugged that teddy and kept it back in Ishaani's cupboard and closed it.

He then went near the window and looked at the bright shining moon in the sky.
"I used to always think that my alone's love would be enough for both of us..but I was wrong...I can't live without your love Ishaani. Please come back soon. I miss you.." Ranveer thought this to himself.

"Ranveer..."
Ranveer heard his name being called. He saw behind and Ishaani was standing near the bed.
A big smile crept on his face but tears still flowing from his eyes. He rushed towards the bed but Ishaani disappeared.
"Ranveer.."
Ranveer again heard his name being called again...and now he saw Ishaani standing near the window...He again rushed towards her but she disappeared..
Ranveer's mind was thinking so much that it had again disillusioned Ishaani everywhere in the room.
Ranveer was missing Ishaani a lot that day and wanted her. He realized that he is just seeing Ishaani everywhere but she wasnt there for real. He sat down on his knees and closed his eyes with his hands.

After a while Ranveer gathered himself and now closed the lights and went off to sleep. Either his mind was tired or he but the left all the thoughts aside and dozed off.
Next Morning -
After dropping Ravish too school Ranveer that day went directly to the hospital.
"Doctor please...I need her back home. May be if she will be at home she will recover soon. And also I need her too in my life. Though she wont be there physically but her mere presence will only be very much effective in my life" Ranveer pleaded doctor to discharge Ishaani.
"Ok..you can take her..but you have to take proper care of her...Though we will shift all the instruments and ventilators at your home and also a nurse will accompany but still it will be your duty to take care of her completely" Doctor said this after giving his consent to discharge Ishaani.
"Dont worry doctor..I will take proper care of Ishaani." Saying this he looked at Ishaani from the glass window of her hospital room.

At RV Mansion -
Ranveer brought Ishaani home after completing all the formalities of her discharge. After making her safely lay on the bed in the guest room and completing joining her again with the life support he signaled the nurse to go out for a while.
He then went near the window of the guest room and opened the curtains which then threw a deep sunlight on Ishaani's face. Due to this Ishaani's face started glowing.
Ranveer looked at her glowing face lovingly and came near her and sat on the chair kept nearby her bed.
Jannatein agar yahin
Tu dikhe kyon nahin
Chaand suraj sabhi hai yahaan
Intezar tera sadiyon se kar raha
Pyaasi baithi hai kab se yahaan
He held her hand in both his plams and curshed it. He kissed her hand while his eyes kept staring at her face. Thoughts and flashes about the time spent by them together started passing by in front of Ranveer's eyes. And with this a tear drop from his eyes on Ishaani's hand.

After spending some time he than went out of her room. But the moment he went out Ishaani's hand on which Ranveer's tear dropped made a slight move. This move was neither noticed by Ranveer or the nurse.
Later that night -
After completing dinner, Ranveer went to Ravish's room. Ravish was playing with his toys in the room when Ranveer came in.
"Papa..Papa see na I just completed this Rubix cube.." Ravish excitedly showed his Rubix cube to Ranveer.
"Arey waah..my prince is so smart.. " Ranveer also replied with equal excitement.
"Now that my son has done a brilliant job with this, I have a gift for him" Ranveer said.
"Gift..what gift papa?" Ravish asked getting excited and within a fraction standing up on his bed.
"Come..I will show you the gift" Ranveer said while holding Ravish and bringing him down.
Ranveer than held Ravish's hand moved out of his room.
"Where is the gift papa? Tell na.." Ravish asked getting curious and excited all the more.
"Arey baba..wait na we are going to see your gift only.." Ranveer said while he kept moving towards the guest room holding Ravish's hands.
Ranveer was too excited and nervous at the same time. He was excited because he was making Ravish meet Ishaani but nervous as too he didnt knew how will Ravish react after seeing Ishaani. But his nightmare came true. The moment Ravish saw Ishaani laying on the bed along with all those huge medical instrutments by her side, Ravish got scared. He shouted aloud, freed his hand from Ranveer's and ran back towards his room.
Ranveer seeing Ravish's reaction got sad and thought, "Why beta? why you are running away from your mother?"
