The show begins and we see RV carrying a girl in his arms , Coming out of the smoke filled room , coughing. The girl in his arms too is coughing.
Ritika and Ishaani are happy to see the girl safe n sound
Gauri !! Shouts Ishaani
some one shouts for doctors
The docs come rushing as RV , Gauri cough , they are checked by them
Chirag watches this scene secretly hiding behind a pillar
he feels frustrated, fumes in anger
Ishaani offers RV drinking water, consoles him , pats his back as he coughs
RV looks at Ishaani , apologetically. Begins to apologise for her spoilt birthday
Ishaani says he need not say anything
She looks at him lovingly , smiles at him
behind the pillar Chirag regrets, his plans had failed , he thought Ishveer would fight but they are romancing , coming even closer
Ritika and Ishaani discuss Gauri 's situation..

Docs start emergency treatment
RV completes the formalities

At home Pratik, Devarsh, Parul discuss there must be serious situation
They look sad and disappointed at the interrupted birthday celebrations
Sharman returns
The cousins ask him about Ishveer , ritika
, sharman scolds them and ask them to leave him alone , refuses to speak
he is in foul mood
In the hospital ishaani meets Gauri
She is feeling better and ishaani asks what was she doing in the hotel
She hesitantly replies that she never wanted ishaani or her family to know what hell she was going thru
She did not want her family to know her pitiable condition , RV had helped her a lot in getting away from there
Ishaani wants to know what had happened to her ?? Gauri says after marriage a girls husband becomes her whole world , but her pati's reality was apparent after she reached his home
He and his family maltreated her ,abused her. Locked her up in a secluded room . Took away her phone to prevent her from contacting her family
She was suffocating in that room. She cried and cried , no one was bothered about her in her husbands family
One day she managed to escape , she contacted RV as she could not recall any other phone number
RV understood her , kept her in paradise hotel , RV and ritika had supported her immensely ,
Ishaani scolds her for keeping quiet for so long
She wanted Gauri to take revenge
Ishaani screams angrily , she would teach her a lesson, punish him for his wrong doings
Ishaani scolds Gauri for making her maika people paraya in real sense , not keeping them in the picture
Gauri praises RV , for treating her as his own family , he supported her when she was in hell When she needed him the most , she tells ishaani that RV was never going to ditch Ishaani , she should never leave him , he loved her very much , he would take care of her n her family
Gauri says that RV had promised her that at midnight during Ishaani's birthday gauri would meet ishaani as part of birthday gift and join the Celebrations
RV comes and endorses gauri's words
Gauri tells Ishaani that she was lucky RV was her best friend, and husband gheing the wife's best friend was very lucky thing to have . He would always keep her happy
Ishaani says their family would be happy to meet her , gauri is very scared that Baa would never see her point. She would send her right back to her torturous pati. She did not want baa or her mother to know anything she screams and is scared
Ishaani hugs and calms her. Assures her RV was there. He would never let anything happen to her
RV assures her full support
Ishaani gets a call from parul asking how they were, where were they ,
Ishaani replies that there was emergency at RV's office so he had to come out hurriedly , she assures parul they would return soon
RV looks at ishaani knowingly , proud that she had cleverly kept the truth under wraps
At home Pratik and devarsh, parul are feeling sleepy , tired of waiting for Ishaani n RV , they decide to retire for the night
Sharman keeps waiting
He thinks ishaani must be lying , how could there be emergency at Rv's office
She was surely hiding something
She must be confronting RV and ritika over their suspected affair
Sharman confronts Ishaani
Precap .. Ishaani meets Rv in his room , he is pleasantly surprised to see her there
Ishaani stammers that she wanted to tell him something
She wanted to thank him for everything he had done for her sister
