Still, its an exception and not the rule.

Exceptional things come into focus. For example, Personal Diaries are hardly a good read or become famous; but Anne Frank's diary became the most famous diary of all time. If a movie or show is made based on the diary of a person, doesn't mean it is useless because something in reality that happened similar was an exception. saying diaries becoming famous ain't in fashion doesn't mean fiction can't get inspired from it.

Really cant understand this love story, mean she isnt love him from begining what now he is rich soo she will start love him ?
I think cvs should bring someone else to him, and Ishani stay with him as friend.

Love is felt and one can force it. Ishanni never felt the love for Ranveer. Even if we say she loves him but doesn't understand means she's not in love. A romantic love can be felt even by a small touch.
I agree, It would be better if someone else is brought in.

Yep. Singer KK and his wife Jyoti knew each other since they were 10 years old. They're happily married now. And if I haven't seen someone doesn't mean it won't exist. The world is full of strange things.. Fiction comes from reality, not reality comes from fiction.

Yes I agree with u. I know of my friends and colleagues who have been friends since childhood and realized love later on and are happily married. There are so many movies as well based on this concept. Niram a commercially successful Malyalam movie which was remade in all other languages shows exactly the same concept. They are neighbours and born on the same day as well. They grow up to be best friens and finally realize the love.

Ishani doesn't love Ranveer. That's a fact as has been established until now.

The concept is one-sided love. It'll be folly to expect Ishaani to love Ranveer. In fact, despite having seen few love stories, I found MATH quite refreshing as I had never analysed a one-sided lover so closely. Ranveer's character made me realize how painful it actually is to love someone who doesn't love you back. Before that, such things were only the poetic stuff, for me, nothing more.

Actually, it is very practical and not so much "poetic". As EK had said in her interview, almost everybody has experienced one-sided love at some point in their life. And I agree that the feelings have been portrayed in a very empathetic manner in the show.

That's what I meant. Before watching MATH, I couldn't understand how practical it was. I had had full sympathy for Snape but never knew why his "ALWAYS" quote meant a lot to the fans. I'd read quotes, heard songs, seen films but none of them gave me the closer look of the tragedy of a lover whose love isn't reciprocated. I never cried watching MATH, but it made me realize the reality of such folks. I applaud for Ranveer's character for being so poignantly beautiful and realistic that almost everyone can identify with him. This is the reason I thoroughly disagree with the person whose quote I posted in my first post.

The person whose post you first quoted and disagreed with. Though that was over different points altogether.
