Harshad disappointed me..

harshad was nice today while stopping ranveer

No, I don't think it was his selfish "need" that spoke. It was his love, that he needed Ranveer as a son, as a support. When you love someone you atleast expect this from them. And Ranveer who has dedicated his ENTIRE life for Parekh family is acknowledged by Harshad. I feel Harshad tried to stop Ranveer by reminding him of his duty. It's like you can't expect a dedicated CID officer to leave when s/he's on duty. Ranveer is certainly Harshad's need, but there is love as well. I loved his expressions when Ranveer decided not to go. P.S. I haven't seen that part, expecting to see it on Monday, but saw the part when Ranveer decides not to go, and loved him for that. :) So I don't think he was being selfish, or his attitude was anywhere near you mention.

harshad always love ranveer as son, because he help a lot, not only harshad n harshad 's family to, ranveer always think about loyalty, n happy to harshad can cry for ranveer

ishaani too was trying to stop ranveer but didn't used anything like this so i was just...

The scene doesn't require too much thinking. Harshad tried to stop Ranveer from whatever he could. He tried to make Ranveer realize that Ranveer is not just his family but also his need in business. But Ranveer made his decision because of Ishaani.
