I think falguni has more love and concern for ishani compared to disha.ishani is comfortable with falguni.while disha seems to be influenced by baa

Falguni fully controls ishani .but she does not properly with disha

Ishani is fully under falguni and disha under baa

well she is more concerned for ishaani since she knows that being harshad's daughter disha is accepted by all but everyone thinks ishaani belongs to falguni
so this is just in order to protect her
also ishaani is innocent but disha is the already the way falguni wanted her daughter to be
in matter of chirag, she preferred ishaani since she is elder

Falguni loves both her daughter's equally.
But as Deesha is Harshad's daughter and is accepted by everyone, she doesn't mind.
But as Ishaani is neglected by others and she is not treated as a family member by Baa, she is concerned about her.
