Because when Janvi was insulting Radha, LD put her in place. Because though he was insulted, LD loves Radha enough to go back to Kabir.. And because when the phone was ringing he calls Radha and not ma'am. And finally because Shivani has gone to Hong Kong. Hopefully she gets stuck there.
