I accept that what happened to Dadi bua and Dada is painful. But it doesn't mean they turn this way building a wall around not only themselves but also their family members forcing them into a living which they don't wish for. Family heads truly draw some borders to protect their younger ones and keep them safely, but here it is just their stubbornness and massive hatred against city people stopping them to look forward and making them ''frogs in well''.
Dada and Dadi bua took their hatred to that extent which made them play such a stupid trick to make Radha fail in the test that could have cost their LD's life. Dada made a statement infront of God that even Krishna said in Bhagawat Geeta that sometimes we have to play certain tricks to demolish the evil. Stop it Dadaji! So u r making ur cruel act acceptable by saying God permitted it? What if LD lost his life? Dadaji compared himself to God and also Radha to evil instead of accepting his crime infront of LD and Radha and apologizing them.
Atleast Dadaji toned down a bit and told Dadi bua that their plan would have made them lose LD's life. But instead of feeling guilty, Dadi bua said they only did it for his own good. It is LD's mistake and it is fate's problem that he came in between. Seriously? Moreover, she knew at that time that Radha was trying to rescue LD's life. Instead of praying to God to make him wake up and let Radha succeed, she kept that disgusting face when Radha is doing CPR even when she knew what it is meant for. This proves deeply traditional living not only becomes obstacle for progress of life but also tries to stop a dying back to life. Her acts didn't finish there. Instead of thanking Radha wholeheartedly, she again started her wierd expressions and words about Radha making noodles for Guru maa. Now what is imp. for her, their name or LD's life? She should have felt relieved that LD is safe. She already lost the sympathy i had for her.
Infact, everything seemed so unrealistic at that time. Everyone back to normal within no fraction of secs. including LD. Any normal person who got such a shock and his family would have been in a shock for atleast a week. But no, if it happens the story wouldn't move..it would have finished. Kill the Logic.
Then Govind. He made such a drama not listening to Radha's parents. Do they look like thieves to him? Again their daughter saved his son and he accuse them of stealing? It is sure that Chaturvedis give more preference to name, fame, respect, wealth, their won beliefs and their stupid stubbornness than their own family members' safety and health.
So, after all this i felt and still feel Leeladhar's Chachi is not just better than them but also have justification for her hatred. Dada kept rules and stuck her and her daughter away from freedom in his own world which make her hate him. Again, he showed partiality between his eldest son's sons and his youngest son's daughter. She obviously has reasons for hating Leeladhar as he is more pampered by Dadaji. So, his love also became her enemy. She wanted to make Radha fail and go back not bcoz she hate Radha but bcoz she thinks she hate LD, so making him not get what he wants. But she genuinely like Leeladhar deep in her heart, like her son and it is shown conditionally..like when he got the current shock.
She initially spoiled Radha's cooking..but again she is the one who helped her when she came to know of the DD's plan against Radha, be it for her own sake as if Radha goes there won't be any development instead back to the initial rules world..again it is the truth.
Muralidhar's anger is also justifiable. He was another scapegoat who stuck in this family and suffered..he didn't get the city education he desired and moreover he didn't get the love of his life. But he shouldn't be this rude to his mother. It is true that she couldn't fight for him at that time, but that's what made her succeed in his younger brother's case. He should get angry on his Dadaji, Dadi bua and Govind who doesn't have a tongue to say anything against his father. He shouldn't show it on his mother and his wife who love him deeply. He shouldn't also feel jealous of Leeladhar and Radha about it.
Speaking about reality, it is Leeladhar's crime who made mockery of marriage and spoiled one independent girl's life and name and made her stuck into his mindless family and it is Radha and her parents taking all the words both from society and also from his family, just for the sake of drama. Had it been one of the ''Saavadhaan India'' episodes airing on the same channel, Leeladhar and his friends would have been in jail for playing such a prank. Even if he don't know the pundit is real, whatever he did is completely wrong, he shouldn't take small small quarrels to that level. Radha, being a very educated, wise and tough girl should have filed a case against him. He would have not be forgiven if he repented for what he did and apologized. Had she not thought of his life's future and thought to solve it peacefully, it would have been a lesson for any boy who would have thought to make such pranks ever in their lives.
I don't understand one thing. Why does Radha have to listen all this and bear all their words and do all these tests. Is it bcoz LD told her to be friend for a month? Whom is she believing? She has no need to do all that. Her father told he r to try but obviously she shouldn't. First, she should come out of this. If she starts loving LD, it is other case..it's his job to make them accept for their marriage and definitely they won't..whatever happens next is the other story. How can they make mockery of such a thing called marriage? At first, it is not marriage at all..Annulment is needed not divorce. If they accepts it is marriage, otherwise it isn't? There is no option at all. Rajshri drama with no logic.
Yet with all these blunders, the show is watchable with sweet Samridh as Leeladhar and cute Pranali as Radha with their awesome chemistry. These two are so young but so talented at such a small age. The supporting cast like Leeladhar's mother, Leeladhar's bhabhi and cousin, Radha's parents and Chameli or whatever the girl who works in their house are also contributing to this show and making it watch worthy. Not to forget the beautiful garden. Missing Radha's house and her sis though.
