Preeti getting more and more annoying.

In today's episode it was so infuriating to watch Preeti blame all her own misdeeds on Riya and being so selfish that she doesn't even care about her own brother. Shivam literally threw his wife out just coz of his sisters, and Preetiya saying situation is in favour of Shivam and being jealous of him. I mean seriously Preeti, because of your mahaanta for ur psycho aashiq , u left the wedding and now u blaming Riya,as if she dragged her to meet mohit.
Yes RIya is nosy and interfering, but the level of insulting behaviour she is tolerating in that house is just too unbearable to watch.
It was really disappointing watching Riya making excuses for her in-laws infront of Bunty. She is acting like a doormat for real.
I get where Preeti is coming from.She is frustrated. But why take it all out on RIya and be so jealous of ur own brother whose life is in shambles coz of you. She is completely blind to the hurt and pain of Riya and SHivam or maybe she doesn't want to acknowledge it,which in itself is such a mean thing.
Seriously Preeti has become such a mean and selfish character

You can expect Preeti as Sarla #2 of the family. History is being repeated. Sarla is jealous of her brother's wife & kids so she complains it to her amma who mistreats Kushia. Preeti is jealous of Shivam & Riya hence complains to Kushia who mistreats Riya, only pitying on her for the sake of her son. Sarla is jealous of Kushia whereas Preeti is jealous of Riya. Not much difference between Riya & Kushia as Riya doesn't up til its too late & Kushia doesn't speak up due to her ammaji's aadesh.

what is appalling is that riya, nimmi and pretty much all the women on the show put up with the crap that their in laws hand out to them! there is no concept of self respect in any one of them

Thats such a good comparison and I think so accurate. It defies belief that the younger generation in the show can't see this like a big flashing red warning sign. How long now have many of us been saying that Riya is turning into mini Khushiya (before khushiya turned into evil MIL)? Preeti has turned into a bitter lemon, she is just plain miserable with her lot in life and totally unwilling to make it work for her. I know shes in a horrid situation with Nandu, but she cant undo it and magically unmarry him unless she divorces him- and thats not going to happen with a family like hers lurking about. So I dont know why she cant go out to work with Nandu (Riya works, Nimmi was working from home, so can Preeti if she applied herself), save up some money, move the hell out of her parents house and find a place of their own. She might have a big mouth on her but I dont think she has the guts to walk out on Nandu just like that- so why cant she stop whinging and whining about her situation and DO something to make it more bearable?! If she went out of the house to work she wouldnt be cooped in all day, brooding over her life. What is the saying? Being angry with someone else is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to drop dead. She can grumble and bitch all she wants about her situation, it wont do anything but make her increasingly miserable, bitter and resentful and before she knows it she will have turned into full blown Sarla mode.

Priti the chusa hua chua can't stand her!
