Sujeev is the actual heir of Singhania family.The property is under a trust until Sujeev's marriage and he only had the power to sign cheques in the presence of a lawyer.Once Sujeev is married he and his wife will get the power of attorney and Sharmili and co would get their expenses from Sujeev and his wife.So Sharmili and co planned that Vyom will trap a greedy girl in his love and let her know that Sujeev is the actual owner of Singhania properties and the greedy girl will marry Sujeev unaware of the fact that he's mentally ill.The greedy girl wouldn't bother to go to the root cause of Sujeev's mental illness and interfere with their plan.They can just lure her with money/gifts and get hold of property through her but their plan backfired when greedy Pari figured out that she had an upper hand over them when she went to the lawyer with Sujeev.She started plotting against Sharmili,She brought Sujeev under her control and started giving hard time to Sharmili and co.(Pari started two timing both the brothers)

There's one more clause in the will i.e When both the brothers are married whoever bears child first,that child will be the heir of the property.So in order to gain property and to put an end to Pari and Vyom illegit relation Sharmili planned to get Vyom married to shy/timid girl like Preeti who'll be a doormat in their house and bear them a child.But her plan backfired this time too as Nimmi(who's smart and bold) became her bahu.So she now wants Vyom to befriend Nimmi and bear a child with her before Sujeev and Pari and they can throw her out after their wish is fulfilled.

Sharmili is planning to increase Sujeev's medicine dose so that he wont go near Pari(whenever Sujeev is hysteric he doesnt fall for Pari's tantrums and doesnt let her near him) and thus preventing them from having a child.On the other hand Pari threatens Vyom that she'll bring their relation in front of Sujeev if he accepts Nimmi as his wife.
