Sarla in her desperation to bail out her nalayak son Amit has concocted a life that makes all her previous lies seem like nothing at all.
Sarla's husband Ashok was told to get lost by Shanti Devi. Amit has been nabbed by the goons he took money from...(long time coming, given he continued to gamble with no remorse and lied to boot to cover his lifestyle).
Very convenient that Shivam gets shipped off to a temple to pray for Sarla. Every time Sarla is involved in some scam, Shivam gets sent away. 😆 After all the shameless Sarla has to get what she wants...or will she, this time?
This time Sarla may have gone too far. She managed to terrorize her own family ...her mother, her daughter Sonal and Raghav's family to get the Rs. 5 lakhs to save Amit. She's still covering up Amit's secrets. Shanti Devi asked Amit to not bring shame to the family and he's working hard at doing just that. The worst part is that he's learned to scam and blackmail Sarla just the way she does Shanti Devi and Cowsalya/Raghav.😕
Raghav is going all out using Shanti Sadan to pay Sarla the Rs. 5 lakhs. How is Sarla going to get Raghav to hand over the money to her and not the doctor? He would want to speak to the doctor face to face. At some point the truth about Sarla's mammoth lie will be exposed. How will Shanti Devi and Raghav react? Will Shanti Devi still cover Sarla's scam and will the veil be finally lifted off Raghav's eyes about his conniving sister and by extension his mother too? Ashok's warning of Sarla's actions destroying the family may after all come to pass ...a moment for Raghav to eat some humble pie and see his sister's real face.
Riya's role in the family may be one of "death of Shanti Devi's ways by a thousand cuts". Her regular "I will not say sorry", "I will not keep quiet if you drag my Dad into this for no reason, etc. will slowly undo Shanti Devi's stranglehold on the family. Shanti Devi will not give up her power so easily.
Will Raghav finally realize his misplaced loyalty and devotion to a mother and sister who have abused his life long devotion to them at the expense of his own wife and children's little joys?
It won't come as a surprise ...the day Raghav has a face-off with his mother and sister and takes a stance against them may be the day Cowsalya finally begins to call the shots and puts Sarla in her place...maybe even Shanti Devi will have to step down a few notches thanks to her daughter. Women like Cowsalya take their cues from their spouse. His happiness dictates her choices.
They've managed to pull the wool over Raghav's eyes about Pari's marriage. Sooner or later the truth about that will also explode on Sarla.
Rani is the only one who seems to see through Sarla's antics. No wonder she wants Rani to get lost and leave her family. As long as Rani is around, she's going to keep a close eye on Sarla and that's going to stand in the way of Sarla's future plans to get her way with her drama.
About time Sarla gets nailed for her atrocious behavior and abuse of Raghav and his family.
