Shanti is the absolute matriarch of the family. She rules her family with an iron hand. Every mother worth her salt wishes the well of her offspring. Specially during poojas and tihars.
But I wonder which Matriarch would repeatedly spoil Tihar ki Deen for her parivar walas? She ruined the Rakhi, she ruined the Teej. I cannot believe the whole family is so dumb that they do not see the evilness of her acts and catch her redhanded.
