RIYA!!!

Ok like you, we are all waiting with baited breath for Riya to enter the Srivastav house and turn things around.

But lets look at this...Is Riya the best person to do this. What are her strengths and qualities to deal with a tyrant like Shanti. So far all we have seen in this Character is a teenage romantic fool who jumps to conclusions with out properly investigating the matter!!!

She fell in love with Shivam based on an article she read in a MAGAZINE about love at first sight!... She stalked him , made plans for to get married TO HIM with out even becoming properly antiquated with the guy.
She reached into his "house" to impress his "parents". Agreed to a marriage with out even asking him out front how he feels about her. Umm What makes her so diffrent from Amit here??
She said I love you...did he reply??? At the restaurant she was beating around the bush when any normal girl would be discussing wedding stuff ..

People have crushes all the time, but there is something special that make you fall in love with a person. Riya and Shivam hardly know each other in that sense. Ok I'll give it Love at first sight.

Her lovestory is like some school girl fantisy and I am afraind she will bein for a rude awakening ...not anytime soon, but soon!I have real hopes when Riya enters the house ...but based on her logic given this wedding

it is obvious that she is a fool...who agrees to a marriage without even talking to the boy once...in our community the girl n her family visits the in-laws house...to see where the girl will live...did Riya even once visited Sarla's house...the one which Anupam had visited...

Vinnie you forgot one more thing she's a girl of a new era, but still believing sarla with closed eyes ,her head is not at all working... She has no difference with Kaushalya.

Does Anupam even knows what work Amit does or even he thinks that she is marrying Shivam ?

this whole track is half-baked...only cause Shanti will never let Shivam marry Riya, they are doing all this drama

Riya did visit Sarla's house where she helped the youngest daughter with the project. Anupan thinks that this is Shivams house. Why would anybody doubt otherwise coz Shivam has given Sarla's address to his work

What I do not get is how come no interactions between Riya and Shivam. Granted Riya is living in primitive ages and is following her supposed MIL to the tee but what is stopping Shivam from calling. He did call once and gave up. Does he not call office to find out about her?. Where is the impatience, angst , waiting to talk to the other person. Am confused with that more than anything else in the show. I get it he is busy trying to run doing Sarla's errands, Shanti's errands but still in today's day and age there are cell phones etc. If Riya is not reachable he can try her friend Bunty etc. Very confused with their supposedly love story. Hope it will start soon.

EXACTLY!...on Shivam side he likes her, yes. He is attracted but he is also holding back because he is well aware of the environment he lives in. However unlike Riya he is not impulsive . He dose not seem the type to run after some one. With the exception of when she tried to make him jealous. If Riya has acted maturely and sensible , like her character is supposed to be first of all she would have waited and formed a proper friendship with Shivam get to know him then take the next step. You also have to remember they met each other less than a month ago. Who the hell marries a guy she met in less than a month with out getting to KNOW him first??

Well she is following blindly because she thinks she got the perfect mother in law...even bunty read them right the first time she encountered the sister... Riya needs to grow up she still in lala land

bang on ! 👏 in her head, she fell in love with Shivam, proposed him, met his family, got the wedding fixed and is now getting married ! n there, Shivam has feelings for Riya but he never expressed it in front of anyone, he doesnt even know what exactly does he feel for her and how shd they take their relationship forward..in between this, when Shivam is skeptical about Riya and his marriage, when he will have to marry Riya all of a sudden, how will he feel? he is not prepared at all ! to the top of it, this drama ..God knows how much of it will be revealed to Riya and Shivam..
