now coming to your post<3 ! muharram has always been special to me ! know all that took place!

subhanallah ! alhumdulillah i checked your post because i didn't know about Essa/Jesus&many you mentioned and now i have more reasons to be happy<3

all the other incidents are taken from tafsir of Tirmidhi but i mentioned there that we don't find any hadith ref of them besides Musa Peace be Upon Him's incident.

we love hussain too and what happened to him in karbala was Sad but he wouldn't Want us to hurt ourselves and mourn for him because he too followed our prophet mohammed (pbuh) where it said mourning more thn 3 days is NOT GOOD until you a wife so why should we disrespect him? !

we love Hussain (May Allah be pleased with Him) for sure, but we can't mourn as we are forbidden by our beloved Prophet Mohammad peace be Upon Him for doing so for more than 3 days (except being a wife)

every year i fast on 9th&10th muharram ! but this year due to my health i couldn't ! but i still remember last year a very close friend of mine came up to me and told me (even tho i know her intentions were pure n not to offend me) she said " manal why are you fasting? ! u know u my sister and i will tell u that this day people(sunni's in particular) fast to celebrate our pain" i was too weak to reply her but i just smiled and said "My allah knows why im fasting ! i don't think i have to answer anyone"

but she came to my house and apologized the next day which was not needed because i was clearly NOT offended :)
i have started fasting before a few years before that i was not doing it because of lack of knowledge. but Alhamdu lilah Allah brought me in light and now i m spreading it to others.

its good you didn't get offended and replied calmly, i appreciate it.

My intentions nor my comments intend to offend anyone ! but its cuz the Muharram post made this year did offend me by Tagging all of us n saying muharram:month of mourning i say astagfirullah calling the whole holy month a month of Mourning.

even my comments or post is not here to offend any one and before this time i never posted ahadith on mourning in my posts but this time it was being highlighted as a mourning month so i have to do it.

so sister thankQ so much for the information you gave.

To be honest there r stil a lot of ppl who unfortunally dont know a thing (or not enough) about the month Moharram. But im glad that u started this topic:D It gives u more information about ure own religion!! N especially to explore it;) Once again well said.

For the last couple of years even i fast on the 9th n 10th Moharram but unfortunally this year i cant. I just wanna ask all the muslim brothers n sisters to even pray for us..ppl who unfortunally cant fast on these two days. May Allah forgive all our sins n bless us Ameen!!

duniya khatam hogi on 10th of Muharram on a Friday.
Allah prepare us well before death nd qayamat.
