hay everyone i wanna ask a question about losing weight...im 18 yrs old and i weigh 150 pounds.i kno i should lose about 20 pounds cuz im 5'6. but i just dont have the motivation to do it like in the back of my mind i always know that i should get downstairs and get on the treadmill and exercise but i just feel so lazy...wht shud i do????ðŸ˜
