hay everyone i wanna ask a question about losing weight...im 18 yrs old and i weigh 150 pounds.i kno i should lose about 20 pounds cuz im 5'6. but i just dont have the motivation to do it like in the back of my mind i always know that i should get downstairs and get on the treadmill and exercise but i just feel so lazy...wht shud i do????😭

There are different ways of loosing weight 😊
some are:
- keep the motivation and think i must do it
- do yoga
- do different types of exercise and do it everyday
- in the morning at 07:00 and 09:00 theres a program called yoga 4 you and they show ways how to loose and also gain weight(some), it comes on zee tv

I'm pretty tall for my age 😳 I'm 13 and I'm about 5'6 😛

And I normally watch yoga for you usually whilst i'm listening to my ipod or reading something 😆 But yeh such things do work! 😃

Eat right and always try to stay active. That doesn't mean spean hours on treadmills, or anything like that. But playing sports, cleaning the house, even dancing is a form of excercise. If plain excercing is boring for you, make it fun to keep yourself motivated. Don't think of pain, time or phyical aspect of it, think of the outcome you're gonna get out of it. Just keep thinking in your mind what you will get out of this in the end and hopefully that should be enough to keep u motivated. And if that's till not enough, you can always join a gym cause you can meet people there who can help u in achieving your goal. Just remember, always stay healthy and happy. 😃

the ight thingy to do would be to eat ightt...
but....when I wanna lose weight I just dunt eat...lol

well i always drink water be4 i'm eating.......
it'll help u, i'm sure, it have already helped my friends. 😊

drink a lot of water, and cut the drinks like coke, pepsi, etc

also, eat a healthy breakfast everyday and a light lunch with a heavy dinner but all of these must be healthy, meaning not much junk food

exercise is very important, because just cutting down the food wont really help

try to exercise 3-5 days a week for atleast 30 min
