So who is our guest this time? As some of you might have guessed (and won) in the Crazy Creative times, the new guest is a pretty lady in blue who has been with IF for very long. She is the voice of India-Forums and we would like to announce our next guest,

Minnie

Well you would ask me what is so special this time? Well this time the guest refuses to drink doodhpatti, confesses that IF members are scared of her, reveals the story behind her avatar, offers blunt advice to big celebs and sheds diplomacy! Our first question is how has India-Forums impacted your life?

Minnie:
It has taken away all my free time and given me loads and loads of work to do, so u can imagine the impact

Naina:

And it connected me to the most wonderful people around the world who, just like me, have no life outside their pc 😆

Naina:
lolz i have a feeling some people would want to have a talk with u after reading this 😆

Minnie:
hehehe I better not visit the IF addict chart after this. I have a feeling I won't be welcome 😆😆

Naina:
Our second question is, When you first came on IF, what was your first honest impression of the forum? Acha impression ya bura impression?

Minnie:

I was bowled over. It provided with me Astitva updates...something no other site did !!! Indian sopa updates were literally unheard of in those days. In fact, I was so impressed that I used to post loooong thank you speeches 😆

Naina:

aww that was soo sweet!

Minnie:

Then came JJKN, Jassi, and I was so taken by all the debates and argumants those were the days of Armaan vs Purab fights and I was an Armaan supporter. I was new to internet though so it used to take me hrs to type a paragraph yet I loved it
I was a die hard Armaan fan. In fact some even thought I belonged to a rival yahoo group that group only Armaan fans

People were banned in groups. It was amazing how people fought. It's not much different than the wars we see now a days but those days everyone got involved because the site was so small. It had hardly a couple of thousand members so everyone knew everyone. Half of them got banned 😆

Naina:

lolz i have heard so much about these two camps too.

Naina:

Our next question is: How does it feel everytime u go and talk to the celebs? I could totally understand because I freak out even when I have to interview people on MSN so a radio show must be un-nerving.

Minnie:

It still is unnerving sometimes. It's almost like the feeling you have right before you are given out your examination papers. The palpitation is at it's highest just before getting the paper and same here before I place the call but once I hear the 'hello', it becomes normal

Though I was very nervous when i interviewed Shaan. I was nervous almost all thru the interview and kept losing the recording on the top of it. Thank God he did not mind, he was so understanding 😳

Naina:

and that interview was definately one of the best!

Naina:

Moving on, What if one day u wake up and find that you have become a viewbie again, what would you do??

Minnie:

I will heave a sigh of releif, and start sending all the stickie made, GAs, and ban pms to naina 🤣

Naina:

I swear I had a feeling you would do that 😆

Minnie:

Now if you have a murgi who is so dedicated that's the obvious choice

Our next question is something that everyone on IF wants to know. IF has seen hundreds of different avatars but yours has always stood out. The elegant lady in blue has come to symbolize you on IF. So what is the story behind this pretty lady up there?

Minnie:
Trust me, it's nothing. There is no such story. We had a member, Anoli, who used to write creative stuff on all the members on IF and assign them dolls. Once she had me in one of her cute stories and I was represented as this lady. I loved it and it has stayed with me ever since ☺️

Naina:

aww and it does represent you so well! sharp and elegant.
Wish we all had avis that represented us completely 😔

Minnie:

The next question is a situation. Here is a situation: IF Admins have assignment a important task to 5 members of IF. They have to catch a flight as soon as possible to reach somewhere but when they get on the airport, they find out that the bag that had all their passports has been left behind and as a result, they are going to miss their flight.

Naina:

Pick any 5 members from IF and describe how they would react if there were in that situation.

Minnie:

Minnie:
Sree: Sit right down there and start howling

Naina: "Uff, how did this happen?"

Vijay: "Meri kya galti, bag to maine aapko diya tha"

Saba: "OMG OMG OMG, ab kya hoga, flight miss ho giya, ab kaise jaayenge"

Tanaz: "If you are all done with crying, can you please call a taxi so that we all can go back and collect our passports. you four go. I will book the next flight"

Dolly: "Maine to pehle hi kaha tha koi kaam organised tarike se nahi hota. kitni baar kaha hai pehle plan karo phir koi kaam karo. isi liye I don't like to work here

Naina:
Now that I think of it, it really is the way all of us would react! 🤣 The situation will be really hilarious that is before the airport officials throw us out for cause a rakus there 😆

If you had to slap someone, who would it be?

Minnie:
The media for their uncivilised behaviour during the Ash Abhi marriage. It was rediculous. Plastered outside their house 24/7

Naina:
Couldn't agree more. though i am a ash-abhi fan, it makes me mad to hear the same thing 24/7
The media chose to ignore all the real important news around the world to report what is the color of ash's mehendi or abhi's hair....😕

Minnie:

And that too the prime time news. Headlines !!! Ugh

Naina:

yesss! and its not ethical to invade the privacy of the Bachchans and the Rais too....they can't enjoy their own family function without the media reporting their every move

Question #1: How is Minnie as a friend?
Answers:

Sree - Minnie as a friend is Amazing, Awesome and Fabulous.. We probably struck a chord of friendship from the very first day of knowing each other.. I am so lucky to have a friend like her, who is always there whenever i need her. She is one person who has always been with me thro my Ups and Downs, i cherish the day we got to know each other on IF... Minnie is a friend for life... !!! If at all i have any regrets today, it is just that having been so close to each other, we are yet to meet.. Probably by the grace of God, one day, we will surely meet.. 😳
I am even more lucky to have Sree as a friend. She is a rock like support and we are the venting machines for each other for which I thank God. Today I can share every little thing with her without the fear of being judged. And by God's grace, we shall meet. 🤗

Bhaskar.T - A confident, funloving and for me a shoulder to lean upon.
He is the dearest bhaiyya, with an alergy to the word bro...prefers to be called bhaiyya which is so sweet !! Love you bhaiyya !!

Diva(Dolly) - She's truly an invaluable treasure as a friend. Whenever one needs to discuss something, just vent out, share something or needs advice-Minnie is the "go to" person.
All I can say is, I feel so overwhelmed to have a genius like Dolly for a friend. She is a gem......and as I always say, going to make some guy very very lucky one day !!!

Barnali - Trustworthy,helpful.
The most magnanimous person that I have met.....

jprasad - Minnie is a wonderful friend!! She is funny, witty...she's got style...she takes the time to keep in touch even though she is so busy. I can go to her for advice and I can have in depth conversations w/her.
OMG JP !! 🤗 Those lovely words could only come from JP...she is a gem of a friend and contrary to what we all think, Jp is one of the most grounded and lovely persons I have met !!! And she fulfills one of the most rare qualities in friends...a friend in need is friend indeed. That is JP. Muah muah !!!

Question #2: How did you first find her on IF? First interaction kab aur kaise hua? (How and when did the first interaction happen?)

Answers:

Sree - Hmm, I joined IF , thanks to my attraction to Astitva the serial.. I started to write updates there, Minnie used to be active then in that section.. We started talking to each other then, i was then made a Mod of Astitva.. It was during this period that our friendship bloomed and flourished.. Minnie has been one of the Mentors for me in IF.. I have learnt a lot from her... We used to tackle problems and problem makers together in Astitva section.. We got to know each other more, this was just a stepping stone to our friendship...
Bhaskar.T - It was after the interview of s.priya. I had sent her a PM saying how good she was in the interview and she can be a very good RJ. But according to Minniedi we had interacted once before that too... when she had sent me a PM asking for Aamna's contact number which supposedly I did not give it to her as I did not have it then.😆
Diva(Dolly) - First interaction was in the JJKN section and through yahoo groups.
Barnali - It was member vs member game at kth where i was given the task to get some info from two gm's. she was one i contacted. That was the first interaction.
jprasad - I don't remember how I met Minnie, but I was probably creating some ruckus in the Jassi section. Sometimes, we would try to pull poor Minnie into our conspiracies.
Oh those JJKN days !! 😆 You and your conspiracies !!! But we were quite a bunch, weren't we?? 😉 The Armanians !!

Question #3: If she has, how has she changed over these years?

Answers:

Sree - No, never!!! She has been the same Minnie , whom i got to know nearly 2 1/2 years back... She has been the same sweet friend, great mentor, good confidante and great support system... Minnie can never change , she will always remain as sweet as she was... !!!
Sree has not changed either....one person who has been the same all though her journey from a member to the admin......there can be no one else like Sree...😳

Bhaskar.T - I don't think she has changed as such. On personal level with me yes there has been change. We were just friends hardly exchanging PM's or mails. But now I don't think a single day goes when we have not exchanged few PM's. And yes now I find her to be a more easy person to share everything. Be it related to IF or my own profession or even personal.
For me, Bhaskar has changed from someone I had heard of to someone I can completely depend on.....a brother that I am proud of.

Diva(Dolly) - Minnie is Minnie - I don't think she has changed much. I can say though that day by day her multitasking abilities continue to improve....She was already amazing at handling several things at the same time but she continues to improve. And oh yeah she continues to become more mischevious 😛
Ahhhh wait Dolly, let me unfold a few more mischiefs on you then...😉 and did I tell ya that one can only improve in the company of Dolly.....she never leaves any other option !!! 😉😆 and I love her for it 🤗

Barnali - Can't say as i dnt think she has changed. she is the same as she was from the first day with me.
