Can transport infrastructure cope with Olympics? 😊Transport plans for London's 2012 Olympics rely too much on hopes 600,000 residents will flee the city during the games, the House of Commons transport committee has warned.
MPs are concerned that contingency plans for power failure, security alerts and signalling problems are not well developed. But transport bosses say plans are on track and are expected to be published this summer. 😃
