actually i have a job interview and i really really really want to get this job..... when i will tell u the name of the store u will know why i want to get this job.....its "guess".........

1. Tell me something about yourself. (they r not interested in where r u from or who r u ......... but something about u that will force them to think that u r the right person for that job),.....................guyz plz answer this question bcoz this is the most most imp question
2. What are the steps involved in successfully handling an irate customer?
3. Tell us about how you have handled a dissatisfied customer in the past.
4. Tell us about your experience in dealing with the public.
5.Give us an example of a situation you handled exemplifying superior customer service.
6.Name five criteria essential to establishing effective service standards.
guys i know u all r busy but plz help me if u cant answer all of them then tyr to answer as many as u can .........answer dont have to be long u can write just one line for each question..........but plzzzzzzzzz help me
