hey everyone

i really really really need ur help............. i hope u all will try ur best to help me ....actually i m sure u all will......so plz dont break my hope...and help me

actually i have a job interview and i really really really want to get this job..... when i will tell u the name of the store u will know why i want to get this job.....its "guess".........

i m going to give u few questions and want all of u to naswer so that will help me to give better answers during my interview.....so guyz plzzzzzzzzz help me .........and then i will give all of u a treat😉

my questions r:

1. Tell me something about yourself. (they r not interested in where r u from or who r u ......... but something about u that will force them to think that u r the right person for that job),.....................guyz plz answer this question bcoz this is the most most imp question

2. What are the steps involved in successfully handling an irate customer?

3. Tell us about how you have handled a dissatisfied customer in the past.

4. Tell us about your experience in dealing with the public.

5.Give us an example of a situation you handled exemplifying superior customer service.

6.Name five criteria essential to establishing effective service standards.

guys i know u all r busy but plz help me if u cant answer all of them then tyr to answer as many as u can .........answer dont have to be long u can write just one line for each question..........but plzzzzzzzzz help me

hi

1) you need to tell them ure hobbies, if its a colhing store u need to tell them you like to read fashion mags to keep up with the latest trends, i am a police officer so i told them i liked to play sports and take part in team games so they got the idea that i liked to work in a team.

2)You need to always keep ure cool the customer is always right, your number 1 priority is the customers happiness.

3)I told them in my interview that i had handled loads of disatisfied customers in the past an the way i did this was to offer them an incentive to come bak like giving them money off coupons exchanging what they want.

4)I told them that i used to run a business in the past an dealt with the public all the time people from various different backgrounds.

5)I told them that we once had a fire in the stockrooom an i had to get the customers out quick the customers wanted to pay before they left so they didnt have to wait, i told them i gave the customers half off what they had if they left the store an came back once ebverything was back under control.

6)not sure about this one maybe customer satisfaction is one.

hey guyz i dont mind at all...............i m happy that u guyz atleast answer something.................and may be ur r right

actually wat i wanted u guyz to do is just give me ur thoughts and after reading ur answers i will get some more ideas to think about these questions in other ways ............i dont have any idea about interview stuff so thats why i came here to ask u people...........

i m not going to answer exactly wat i will read in ur answers but i will answer in my own way..............for example wat kal_el answers..........he gave me wonderful ideas to answer those questions through his answers ......in some of them i didnt even thought the way he answered

n thats all i wanted................but thts ok......u dont have to do it.....n i hope u guyz also wont get me wrong

well every one is amrt in his/her own ways.... not necessarily they shud tell that theyr are smarts!!!đŸ„°
1) tell them what u don't want them to know ----- be honest...
eg, whats not written in ur resume...
2) Patience and listening (when i say listen it mean understanding)
3) just by patiently listening to his/her query and apologising same... sorry is a cheap currency..we use it without emotion..... use ur body language as much as possible
4) depends on ur perspecive... eg if i were in place of a gentle man i wyud react to this by...
if i were in bad modd then.....
if i were in a gfun moood.....
5) well i know it won't be upto the mark but giving an interview is also a service were u isten the question comprehend according to ur capability and then give the best answer
6) Customer is king, helping, telling them how much time it will take(tell them what do u will need to help them), using positive words like... certainly, assure) and honesty.....đŸ„°
i hope i had answers ur all queries....but frns i need a feedback to help me for my own pwesonal development and these are the answers which i woulg probabaly give if i were in ur place....
