Choose a long Bollywood dialogue (at least three sentences) and rewrite it in Shakespearean or Regency English.(Difficult - #54)

Hindi Dialogue from Movie Om Shanti Om

"Ek chutki sindoor ki keemat tum kya jaano ramesh babu,

Eeshwar ka aashirwaad hota hai ek chutki sindoor"

Suhaggan ke sar ka taj hota hai ek chutki sindoor"

Har aurat ka khwaab hota hai ek chutki sindoor"

Shakespearean English

"What dost thou ken of the worth of a mere pinch of vermillion, Ramesh Babu?

’Tis the Lord’s own benediction, bestowed upon a wedded dame.

A fair and sacred coronet upon wedded maiden’s brow.

The fairest dream of every dame''s heart."

Or

Regency English

"Pray, Ramesh Babu, what dost thou know of the value of a mere pinch of vermillion?

It is the Almighty’s own benediction.

A most noble coronet upon a wedded lady’s head.

And the dearest wish of every gentlewoman’s heart."

Task 8: Take a classic fairy tale and rewrite it with a modern twist or in a different setting.

Cinderella: The Startup CEO

In the heart of Silicon Valley, Ella Anders is stuck working as an unpaid intern at her stepmother’s failing marketing firm. While her stepsisters enjoy the perks of nepotism—corner offices and designer clothes—Ella is stuck fetching coffee, fixing code, and handling social media crises. But she has big dreams: she’s been secretly developing an AI-powered app that could revolutionize online shopping.

One night, she hears about the Midnight Innovators Gala, an exclusive event where the city’s top investors look for the next big thing. With no invitation and no connections, Ella is out of luck—until her quirky but brilliant mentor, Finn (her ā€œfairy god-hackerā€), sneaks her in with a borrowed pass and a stunning algorithm-generated dress from a 3D printer.

At the gala, she pitches her idea to tech Prince Alden, a young venture capitalist known for spotting talent. He’s intrigued—not just by her idea, but by her passion. But before she can seal the deal, her access pass expires at midnight, locking her out of the system before she can give him her contact details.

The next day, Alden launches a city-wide search, using AI to track down the mysterious coder. When he finally finds Ella, she’s back at her stepmother’s firm, her code nearly stolen by her jealous stepsisters. But with Alden’s backing, Ella reclaims her work, launches her startup, and soon becomes one of Silicon Valley’s most powerful CEOs.

And as for Alden? He might be a prince in the tech world, but Ella doesn’t need rescuing—just a good business partner.

Prahlad aur Holika (based on Jack and Jill nursery rhyme)

(Jack and Jill

Jack and Jill went up the hill

To fetch a pail of water

Jack fell down and broke his crown

And Jill came tumbling after

Jack got up, and home did trot

As fast as he could caper

To old Dame Dob, who patched his nob

With vinegar and brown paper

Jack and Jill went up the hill

To fetch a pail of water

Jack fell down and broke his crown

And Jill came tumbling after)

45.

Prahlad aur Holika agni mein chale gaye saath,

Bhagwan Vishnu par tha Prahlad ka poora vishwas;

Holika jali raakh hui ek pal mein,

Prahlad nikla surakshit apne Vishnu se uska rishta khaas.

Rangon ka tyohar tabhi se manate hain hum,

Burai par achchai ki jeet ka sandesh;

Phalgun ke mahine mein Holi khelte bachche-bade,

Pichkari udakar sab milkar khushiyan batorein har desh

Prahlad aur Holika agni mein chale gaye saath,

Bhagwan Vishnu par tha Prahlad ka poora vishwas;

Holika jali raakh hui ek pal mein,

Prahlad nikla surakshit apne Vishnu se uska rishta khaas.

Hard - Task 76 :

The animal that best represents me is the bear, a creature that embodies a balance of strength, independence, and resilience—traits I see in myself. A bear, often associated with both power and introspection, encapsulates the essence of who I am as a person.

Firstly, bears are known for their physical strength and ability to defend themselves and their territory. Similarly, I value personal strength, both mentally and emotionally. Life presents many challenges, and I believe in approaching those challenges with a combination of determination and resilience. Like a bear that does not shy away from adversity, I face obstacles head-on, relying on my inner strength to overcome them. In situations where I am tested, whether at work, in school, or in personal relationships, I find myself drawing on this inner resolve, much like the bear that depends on its physical power in the wild.

However, strength alone does not define the bear, nor does it fully describe me. Bears are also highly independent creatures, often seen living alone and relying on their instincts to navigate through life. I too value independence and self-sufficiency. While I cherish close relationships with family and friends, I also thrive in solitude, using this time to reflect and recharge. Like a bear, I find peace in moments of quiet reflection, whether it's through time spent in nature, reading, or simply being alone with my thoughts. This independence allows me to maintain a strong sense of self and to make decisions based on my own values and goals, rather than the influence of others.

Moreover, bears are known for their adaptability. Depending on the environment, they can be omnivores, foraging for plants and hunting for meat. Similarly, I consider myself adaptable and flexible, capable of adjusting to different situations. Whether in a fast-paced work environment, dealing with unforeseen personal challenges, or learning new skills, I can pivot when necessary, just as a bear shifts its behavior to survive in changing conditions. This adaptability is not just about being reactive, but also proactive—understanding that change is inevitable and preparing for it in advance, much like how bears prepare for hibernation during the colder months.

Another significant characteristic of the bear is its nurturing side, especially evident in the care it provides for its young. While often seen as fierce and solitary, a mother bear's protective instincts are powerful and unyielding. This side of the bear resonates with me deeply, as I value the relationships I have with my loved ones. Like the bear, I am fiercely protective of those I care about. I will go to great lengths to support and defend the people who are important to me, ensuring their well-being and happiness.

In conclusion, the bear represents me because it reflects qualities that I hold dear: strength, independence, resilience, adaptability, and a nurturing spirit. Like the bear, I strive to balance my inner power with moments of introspection, adapt to life's challenges, and protect those I love. The bear’s complex nature mirrors my own, making it the animal that best represents who I am.

Create five different jinxes that can be used in the Wizarding World to play Holi. Each jinx should color the target in a different shade, but you cannot just replace the color name in each spell. (Difficult - #14)

1. Rudrakt Jinx (Colour: Red Shades)

Effect: This jinx causes anything red to momentarily sizzle and release bursts of harmless but dramatic crimson sparks, as if the color itself is burning with magical intensity. It’s commonly used to create fiery illusions during Holi celebrations.
Spell: "Rudraktus Flammar!"

2. Neelnaag Jinx (Colour: Blue Shades)

Effect: Anything blue becomes temporarily enchanted with a ghostly glow and begins slithering like an ethereal serpent. Clothes ripple as if underwater, and blue powder trails take on the form of spectral blue snakes that playfully dart around.
Spell: "Neelnaagus Phasmara!"

3. Pichkari Pop Jinx (Colour: Yellow Shades)

Effect: Yellow-colored objects, including clothes and powders, start bubbling like fizzy soda, occasionally popping withtiny, harmless golden explosions that release a sweet honey scent.
Spell: "Pichkarum Fizzikus!"

4. Viridivy Jinx (Colour: Green Shades)

Effect: All green elements grow tiny, leafy tendrils that briefly wiggle like vines before vanishing. Green powders might sprout momentary, miniature flowers that bloom and disappear in an instant.
Spell: "Viridivy Florisprout!"

5. Gulab Mirage Jinx (Colour: Pink Shades)

Effect: Any pink hues shimmer and shift unpredictably, creating mirage-like effects that make objects seem to duplicate, dance, or momentarily vanish in a swirl of rosy mist.
Spell: "Gulabus Phantasmara!"
