hey i need help with msn messenger

each time i sign in well it never works..the password is right but like this " TROUBLE SHOOT " thing always pops up?

does anyone know why ?

And like when i go on msn web messenger it works..but not on msn messenger..

and if i go like on someone's else's email on my computer it works but my email dosent work? :S

im really confused! so can anyone help me plzzzzzz! 😳

yeah the problem must be in the internet connection thats the only time that thing comes up that i know of.

whenever that happens to me..the date on the computer clock is usually messed up like 2028 or sumtin and wenever i change it the thing stops coming up 😕 😆 😛
