American Ice Cream Recipe
- 1 pint milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons water
- cup sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Strain the cornstarch mixture into the freezer, and when cold add the cream and begin to freeze the mixture. When half frozen add the strawberries and sugar and finish freezing.
