Is she taking me for a ride

After about 2 months of working together, I asked her whether she would like to be my girl friend, for which she agreed(through messaging). after some time she agreed to give me hugs and kisses on cheeks but refused lip kisses. she freely comes to my home when i am alone. since last one month, she has started lip kisses also. but does not agree for anythimg beyond it. she says she does not feel like having sex before marriage. she lets me touch her boobs, but only from outside. i have noticed that she gets sometimes aroused but then stops. she says that she likes to talk to me, my company, my hugs and kisses, but does not want sex because we can not get married. At the same time, she says that she can have sex with a person with whom there is a possibility of marriage, sometimes i feel that she is taking me for a ride. Although many times I feel that she loves me, but sometimes she behaves as if she does not care about me.

What can I do to ascertain whether she would agree for sex with me or not?
