help me please!!!!!

listen all u guyz in IF, i really need your help. I accidentally broke my orthodontic retainer and i heard that it will cost $200 to repair. I didnt tell my parents cuz they'll kill me if they found out that i broke my retainer. I dont know what to do, help me please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😭

try telling them, they mite understand
tell them u will pay them bak sumhow

it's never good to keep stuff from ur parents. They'll be more mad if they find out later instead of u telling them now. My advice to you: tell ur parents

i lost my retainer once too and they were kinda mad but not that much.....you probably have insurance

i agree. Once when i had braces i accidentally threw them away and my teacher was digging through a trashcan to find them and she did. I washed them with soap and hot water and then i had to wear them🤢. And then after that, a few months later i threw them away somewhere and didnt realize it. Unfortunately, i couldnt get 'em back and my parents didn't buy me new ones (although i told them) becoz my orthodonist said i didnt need 'em anymore.
