ummm... yeah since i live in america, its pretty obviuos that people will say your name wrong especially teachers on the first day of school.
my name is saloni
they either say my name write or they say saloni with exaggerating on the "o". so now i just let it be and just let them call me that unless someone says it really wrong then i correct them.
(P.S. thats why i hate when we have substitute teachers. 😆 )

thankfully, no one says my name wrong. but sum ppl for the first time they hear my name they say 'telma' instead of delma 😕 😆

i know this happens wid teachers cuz they r not used to our names... it has happened wid me only once... a month ago i had a sub for english and he pronounced my named as " Momtaze" instead of Mumtaz.... i too kind of laughed cuz he pronounced it in such a crazy and funny way 😆 ... but it got me angry 😡 as no one as ever pronounced it wrong, and he pronounced it totally wrong 😆.
