
What is Saint Patrick's
St Patrick's Day is a day celebrated in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. On the 17th of March, Irish communities get together to celebrate the anniversary of St. Patrick's death who is one of the patron saints of Ireland. He grew up in Roman Britain however he was captured and taken to Ireland as a slave. Few years later, when he did return back to his family, he had worked in the Church like his ancestors. Later, St Patrick returned to Ireland to work as a missionary.
