Delhi is supposed to be the Capital of India. No, not only to be marked in red in world maps, but Delhi is "crowned" as the Rape Capital of the largest democracy too. And are you'll aware of the interesting thing? Mumbai is all set to compete Delhi. It is not funny! It is shameful. I am ashamed. As an Indian, these incidents are a direct attack to my culture, my society, my land! And as a woman, I am scared. I have never wondered as to why my parents don't want to send me to Delhi..
