If you scored 10-19
You are not at your best. It can be hard for you to make the most of life because indecision and lack of focus are holding you back.
Consider each of these statements again and think about your answers. When are you self-confident the most? How could you bring more positive and assertive energy into your life? What one thing could you do that would give you more self-confidence? Do it!
If you scored 20-29
Your confidence is often evident, but there are still some situations where you find it hard to be sure of yourself .You know when your self-doubts start to creep in and you would like to be able to overcome them. Sometimes you are worried about what other people are thinking and this stops you from saying what's on your mind. Look at your answers again.
