I do knw people mourn this month but never knew right reasons.

What my belief is if u fast than u need to give ur part of food to some poor people it will bring more blessings from Allah and God =]

so true...now a days, many people are doing so much things which are nothing but bida'at, and if some one who has less knowledge theywill start following those things they dont check the authenticity of the people saying, they just believe them so its a good thing to aware people rather than deviating them from the right thing, for e.g, in Surah Baqarah Allah said "O mankind, worship your Lord, who created you and those before you, that you may become righteous" and bow down or submit yourselves with obedience to Allah but now a days people go to shrines for fulfilling their Hajjat..which is not at all acceptable, because Allah said "Call upon Me, I will respond to you"
