thats the Issue about the INACTIVE DT MEMBERS, no one in particular, but high time, VB please please make some provisions for the INACTIVE members who are just enjoyin the special position of thm being a DT member, doing nothing, or may be just as much is needed and the ones who deserve the RIGHT position fel dissapointed/upset aftr every PROMOTION list is put up bby the admin team, i know its would be a lil straight but as far i think, the members who know have the courage to speakup for the correct facts and the things goin' arnd, will agree with this ISSUE wholeheartedly. there are so many members who are just given special COLOR mention PROFILES and they no longer exists as Active members or work for India-Forums. i also agree that I-F is aplace where we all are here for entertainment purposes, sharin in our thots, views, from all ovr the world and across the so many oceans, seas, etc, etc but FAIR means of selecting DT members is much needed thing for now... please look into ths matter and we need better moderations and DT members Selection PRocess Team. i am not pointing fingers at anyone, (cos i don't know who are thos people behind the exact member selection) but evrytime we hv promotions, there are so many topics/members who just dun AGREE or feel happy about the DT mmebers, cos somewhere or the other its all bout 'BEING FrIENDS' and how much you know whom and who you want to see as the DT members.

and also, its a req to all the mebers too, who feel a bit about ths issue, cum up and put frwd what you think about ths whole issue. and get ths problem solved and sorted right here.

nothin' more, INDIA-FORUMS rocks, and nothin' better can we expect, Great team work, efforts by the complete crew and CYberax people too, who work 24*7 and we gt so mch enhanced features, opportunities to showcase our skills, get int touch with our fav celebs, read all the recent updates and hapenin' and so many other things.. thanks alottt guyz for givin' us India-Forums.

i agree with brinda completely...except for the exception of Aahana who seems to be the only mod who has helped us off late n has taken timely action after i sent her pm's there have been many many instances in the past when the worst kind of bashing has gone on n the bashers,their posts with the abusive comments n pics have stayed on the gauri-hiten fan club n we all have got tired of reporting but no action is taken most of the time making our FC an easy target for all bashers.

Grt post Nadii, n i got too say if i was too change anythin it would be maybi doing somethin about those that spam n steal other ppls updtes fr other websites etc...But ya probabli cant change that though..

I think there is no better ground for interacting than IF when it comes to fiction. I think more ladder groups as suggested by some members will be a good idea or the number of posts required to go from one level to another should be increased because 5000 posts as the last in the hierarchy is way too less, I feel.

- Any Suggestions to I-F, Vijay or Development Team.

1. Inactive DTs should be demoted as they dilute the quality of work.

2. Coolbies should be given the rights to lock their own posts.

3. Television Celebrity Ranking should be more transparent and my personal suggestion is that views on the profiles of the celebs shouldn't be counted and I've often seen celebrities having more number of fans having lesser fan points. I think a valid explanation should be given for that and if it's a problem of MIDs then they should be removed from the fan club so that people don't wonder why their favourites have lesser fan points despite having more fans than the other person. Also, I remember Vijay Sir posting that to deal with MIDs, they won't consider people who have not logged in for more than a week in the fan points. I feel that will be unfair to fans who genuinely couldn't log in for that period and hence, the points went down. There has to be another way to deal with the problem.

4. In case TRPs are being considered to be included in the CM ratings, I feel it is not a good idea because TRPs include audience only from India whereas on IF, a lot of people from other parts of the world also watch the show. TRPs only decide the shows; popularity in India whereas CM should be more wholesome to accommodate others as well.

5. Please do away with the '50 likes in 24 hours' rule.

6. Is there any way that only the members of any IOCC can enter there and no one else except the DTs?

7. Most of us are FF writers or have our shops where we PM others for our updates. PMing individually takes several hours so can there be a way where we can PM a good number together? Even when we PM our buddy's buddies for the purpose of birthday threads, we have to do them one by one. So is it possible to PM multiple people at once even when we're not PMing from our buddy list?

- Any issues on I-F? Which we can solve or improve so it wont happend again?

IF, as such, doesn't have much issues. But lesser pop up adds would be helpful. Also, it took way too much time to appoint DTs on certain sections. I really feel that no new section must be without a DT for more than a month at the max, hence, promotions should be more frequent.

- Anything which can be improved on I-F?

Wassup should give more varied news instead of showing the same people over and over again and Tellybuzz should also try and give more or less equal coverage to all shows and actors.

- Ideas?

IF does have it's flaws in certain areas but honestly, it's nothing I can't ignore. It is an amazing place and hats off to you guys for maintaining it so beautifully! It has become a part and parcel of my life now and I didn't even realise when this virtual world become so real for me. Thank you so much!

I have a couple of issues too.
I would want members to own a certain level of authority over there posts. As in, apart from their buddies, no other member can view your posts. It's just like invading your privacy. Secondly, im against the rule of changing your username once in one year. A member could change his name as many times he want.
I hope this is considered.
