India-forums is an awesome place.
People do complain it has bashers, etc..But I never faced any bashers since I always was civilized with all.:D I have met such awesome people and especially met a best friend who is like my total real life bestie now.

More ladder groups. And before at the bottom active users of dt are only seen, I feel non-ladder groups should also be seen. :D

Inactive DTs rights should be removed. They just spoil the name of whole IF DT where mostly, dt's are awesome here. :D Inactive viewbies, coolbies etc etc.
-We are FF writers and Sig shop people, we have to pm people and its very hard for us to do that. We should have the ability to create a group and pm them.
-New people should be given the chance to be promoted. Mostly, already dt members are promoted and minority in PL are normal members. I feel there should be equal number of normal members and already dt promotions. :D
Plus, dt's are mostly chosen on track-record than hard work. I feel both should be counted equally. :DSometimes, a moderator gets a forum where he didn't post also. He should be given a forum with working for that forum + his track record.
I personally think no one in the dt is saint having zero arguments with anyone. So then not promoting a normal member where he worked hard also just because he indulged in one argument is totally unfair. So yeah normal members should also be given a chance to prove themselves.
Also, some of the current dt's do boss around, such people don't deserve to be part of dt. So taking care of that. :D
- Any issues on I-F? Which we can solve or improve so it wont happend again?
-The issues which I notice is that people have complain from mods telling they are biased. I personally have no issues with any of the development team members. But I feel IF should solve those people's issues where they have complains about mods.
A regular basher should be banned. Sometimes, a member bashes once and he is automatically banned or given an WL but some members bash publicly & regularly but still they are members. As I said, I have never encountered bashers or biased mods but that's what I have known from other people's post.
-Higher dt should forget personal problems with the member and take neutral decisions whether its promoting them or a building professional view about them.
I have professional and personal views about everyone out here. :D

Try maximum to stop bashing and MIDs and of course NoCopy issue.
- Ideas?
To introduce new ladder groups in normal ranking and in development teams. :D
- Any message to Vijay or Development Team?
Be fair and remove all the dt's who think they are the superiors of IF.
Though, I didn't face such mods but Equal respect should be given to normal members and dt members whether its abiding by rules or promotions. :D
