Attack on Sri Lanka team in Lahore seven injured

Today

The incident took place around 8.40 am (Lahore time) when the bus carrying visitors came under the attacks.In a tragic incident, at least five policemen were killed and ten others injured, including seven Sri Lankan players when assailants opened fire on a bus carrying players to Gaddafi stadium for the final Test.
However, no group has claimed responsibilities so far.
According to the sources, the attackers opened indiscriminate fire with AK-47 rifles. A rocket launcher was also recovered from the spot.
Pakistan Cricket Board security official Nadeem Iqbal says the team members were hurt Tuesday near the stadium where they were due to arrive to play.

One of my friends tells me that Sangakarra who has been injured has a pregnant wife back home..Quite sad.. Is the cricket match still ON?
