A viewbie yes. But I've rights only in Miscellaneous and Games section, not here, else I'd have already closed this topic and warned that guy to 100%. I'll try to contact some Mod though, this guy seriously needs to go to clear some of the filth.

And btw, viewbies and Mods can only increase warning levels. Why don't you guys PM some Global Mod, cos only they (apart from Admins) can ban someone.
