Critising the character is one thing, criticising the actor is a completely different thing. The actors have no control over how their character is written, nor do they have control over the dialogues spoken to a certain level. Judging an actor based on the character he/she plays and sending them hate messages based on their complexion, body shaming , interfering in their personal life, giving vishesh tippani on it, is not only downright rude but really insane. People should really develop some common sense and develop a will to work instead of typing nonsense and having the gall to send it to the actor/actress. Differentiate karna seekho. Reel is radically different from real. How would they feel? It is a respectable profession. Not something they do for fun. They work harder, 12 hour shifts and on top of it, lives, interviews, DMs (to an certain extent) only to make the fans happy and some people take advantage of it and make rude and hurtful comments. People should try to be in their shoes and try to empathize as much as possible. Thoda toh unki art aur hardwork ko respect karo. Agar karna nahi aathi there is this saying, "Don't say anything if you have nothing good to say". Keep your opinions to yourself. Nobody asks for it.
