I think Raghav should have a plan in place if he's going to tackle this in RR-style. Pallavi ke bharose kuch nahi hone wala, not this time at least. Besides, they've always worked their way out of a sticky situation together, that's their strength, so I hope he realizes that and does his part well.

However, knowing him, I don't think he will enforce his Plan B until and unless Pallavi asks him to. He will search for her consent as he always does and only strike if she deems it necessary.

As raghav been the RR , he will surely will have made some legal arrangements . He know as per legal mandar has right over pallu . mandar will make sure to get pallu back in his life …

Pallu will stand with Raghav at any cost .

It is a serial to extend it , mandar will win the case and poor pallu has togo with him

Mandar will pay dirty by joining hands with ved and sunny

Him being surprised when Mandar jataos haq and being unprepared for it doesn't seem like RR. Even though he trusts pallavi he would have backup in place should they need it .

Look yr legally speaking no law can force a woman to stay with a man when she clearly doesn't want to. So I think even if Mandar and her marriage is not declared annulled she can simply choose to live separately and file for divorce because that is her right so it's quite possible that Mandar joins up with the other villains after being told off by pallavi.

No one is ready yet. Mandar is one step ahead, taking moves and will shock the couple. Gradually they'll realise that have to buck up

You know I'm not sure if Raghav has a legal plan yet.

Although he's smart, he's the kind of person that likes to compartmentalize issues. Deal with one thing at a time. I think that's why he said "let's wait for the DNA test". Now, that could also be because he's going to build a legal case/ get lawyer's advice in the mean time. It could go either way honestly. Do I think he's definitely going to get a lawyer to resolve the issue quickly, yeah no doubt.

He's definitely detected Mandar's intentions/desire to have Pallavi already. This was his worst fear anyway so I think he's mentally prepared and knows that there will be a legalities to deal with eventually. I just don't know if he's coming up with this masterful scheme of thwarting Mandar lol. I think he's too focused on building a relationship with Pallavi to really care at the moment. I think he needs to be in a position dealing with the legalities for him to come up with a plan to resolve the issue. (i.e. He'll get triggered with Mandar walks in with DNA results saying he's Mandar).

I think both scenarios you discussed could happen - Raghav reveals something unexpected to "win" and Pallavi standing her own ground and refusing to go back to Mandar and filing for divorce from him.
