The episode begins when Pallavi reaches the hospital on time with the blood. Raghav's mother asks did you find blood? Pallavi says yes thanks to KDSM blood bank, they knew this blood was very urgent so they dropped off here by ambulance.

Jaya hugs Pallavi and says you are a gift to us, thank you. Kriti gets annoyed and angry. Pallavi asks Farhad to drop Kriti and Amma so they can rest.

Pallavi says she forgot to give the money to the ambulance man for dropping her at the hospital. She goes out and sees the ambulance man (Mandar) cleaning his windows. Just before Pallavi could reach there, Milind kaka reaches there and calls her out.

Mandar tries to see who is Pallavi and he gets a call and leaves for an emergency.

Farhad and Amruta bumps into each other and both have a eye lock between them. Both smiles at each other. Doctor walks to Pallavi and says there are some problems in Raghav's body as they are keeping him under observation for 48 hours.

Pallavi finishes the formalities at the reception and leaves. Mandar reaches the hospital with a friend and says we have to ask for Pallavi and who is she?
