Couldn't help but bring this up. Something that has been irritating me...rather, someone. Mansi. I can't bear to see her on screen, she irritates me more than VD.

First of all, she behaves like she will NEVER GET MARRIED AGAIN. She's so obtuse, even Bada Bindi is tolerable. She's young, and she will get married again if she focuses on her life and, well, other men other than Rahul, who decided to move on. But she is so silly, she is swimming in the self inflicted venom instead of calling it a day and start doing something useful with her life. In fact, she needs to get a life, get a job, do something other than move around that house like a zombie.

Secondly, she really has regressive thoughts. She is a woman and I am actually speechless, for she posseses a shallow mind. She is taunting Pallavi for remarriage. Does Mansi really live in 2021 or she belongs to another time? Well, Aai gave her a good hearing.

Bottom line is that she never really loved Pallavi. It was all flowers and roses when Pallavi was a widow. The moment she found a husband, BOOM! There...see the cat coming out of the bag? Yup, jealousy at its peak. The way she looked at Pallavi in the red saree....as if she's cursing her to be a widow again. Mansi looks so desperate, its not even funny. She needs to start dating if she's that desperate. But, oh wait, her sanskaar won't allow her to date 😆 Amruta is so much better, I swear.

Coming to her broken marriage. can someone tell this obtuse brain that her marriage was called off because Amruta got pregnant and had an abortion? And how her mother blamed it on Pallavi and dragged Raghav into the drama? It's only then that Raghav stepped in and cleared his name, he ain't fathering any children yet dude! So her convoluted mind really needs to be ironed out so that she can finally accept that truth that her marriage was called off coz of her dear sis and lovely mother. I really want one of the characters, if not Pallavi to give this mad woman a reality check. Its high time. JEEZ!!

Gosh, this woman irritates me like no one else. In short, Mansi, get a life, please?

PHEW!

So on point. Mansi..ugh. I don't have words for how disgusted I was by her comments about Pallavi today, it actually made my skin crawl. Her comment, about how Savitri fought Yamraj to bring Satyavan back to life, and how Pallavi found herself another Satyavan was gross on so many levels. First, was Pallavi supposed to do something to keep Mandaar alive? Her comment felt like just a slightly veiled version of the taunts that are thrown at young widows anyway- 'apne pati ko kha gayi, 'manhoos', and so many other variations of the same that I don't want to write down. And secondly, I don't know whether that was her genuine belief on widows remarrying, or she wanted to just hit Pallavi where it hurts, but it was extremely inappropriate for her to imply that husbands are a replaceable commodity for Pallavi. And finally, how insensitive to remind a woman of the death of her late husband on the day she's praying for the wellbeing of the man she's now married to?

Her comments today, as well as that one comment a few episodes back, where she said that they shouldn't have kept Pallavi with them and given her independence, but rather let her go live a widow's life with her brother in Kohlapur were so telling (as if Siddhesh and Pawani would've been like that, how dare she). She perceived the Deshmukhs taking her in as an ehsaan, which Pallavi was supposed to repay with lifelong servitude. She was so angry at Pallavi after Raghav's infamous night, she believed him, and lost her shit, because Pallavi was straying from her path of indebted DIL. She strayed further from the path by getting married, and has since been ungrateful and unforgivable in Mansi's book. I got the exact same vibes from her look at a decked up Pallavi, like she was cursing her, so thank god for Ayi's kala tikka. I can't believe this is the same girl who used to ask Pallavi about finding love again.

She's just as vile as her mother, but I'm guessing she figured one attracts more flies with honey than vinegar. In the early episodes, Mansi with her sweetness, would get Pallavi to do everything for her wedding. She didn't even give a damn about Pallavi's duties towards the shop, would call her back home on a whim, make all kinds of demands in that 'yeh mera tujhpe haq hai' type of way that was impossible for Pallavi to deny. Even when Mansi's marriage broke, it was Pallavi who went to see Asha to convince her to save the alliance, when ideally it should have been Sulochana/Milind as the parents, or Vijay/Sharda as the eldest members of the house.

Rahul is lucky af, and Asha is a fantastic mom to have saved her son from this disaster. She's so much better than Mansi- she was judgey about Pallavi too, but Pallavi's one act of kindness, and Rahul talking sense to her, genuinely got through to her, and she was actually affectionate towards the girl after that, changing her mindset at her age. And here Pallavi has run herself to the ground for this ungrateful bunch, and no acknowledgement.

The marriage didn't even break because of the abortion! The abortion had been quietly, successfully performed. They could all have easily moved on from it. Sulochana chose to try to leverage it against Pallavi, and it backfired. Why did she assume Raghav would take the accusations lying down like Pallavi? So dumb. I was mentioning on another thread, I like how they're shaping up Amrutha- selfish, vain and misguided, maybe, but good at heart. It's clear she's getting frustrated by her mom and sister's planning and plotting, and I'd love for her to just tell them to grow up and get over it already one day, and move on in life. Not out of any love for Pallavi, but just irritation.

Ugh, sorry for the rant dude. I've been having so many feelings about Mansi, and you gave me the perfect outlet. It all just poured out 😆

ETA: I don't want her to date, because why inflict this woman on another guy? Let her grow old alone and single and miserable- ironically, the life she's been wishing on Pallavi.

Everything you've pointed out is exactly how I feel. Her comments today were so disgusting, I wish she lost her voice or we were in Harry Potter world where we could cast a spell and shut her sorry mouth.

First, it doesn't even seem that she was close to her cousin bro, because she doesn't even miss him a tad bit. Then she takes his name and uses it against his ex-wife? The nerve of this woman! There is one time I mentioned that Mansi is the kind who loves people when they're beneath her. Pallavi was a widow, definitely in status, she was way below Mansi, who was going to be getting a suhaagan life. The moment the widow gets a new lease in life, this friend goes beserk. Remember 3 Idiots where Farhaan says that it hurts when your friend loses, but it even hurts more when the same friend tops the charts? That is Mansi in a nutshell. Even in the initial episodes, I got irritated with her because of how unseeing she was towards Pallavi's problems. She wanted gifts, branded clothes, a huge function and God knows what else she wanted and Pallavi had to get it. Nobody bothered to find out how this girl is even managing everything.

I agree about the ehsaan part. It's something I've always felt from VD, from the very initial episodes. It was like "Hey, we could have mistreated our widowed bahu, but we choose to love her"...Bravo man, bravo! It's like a backhanded compliment in my opinion. And now Mansi puts to words the very hypocrisy that VD has always harbored in his heart. Her comment about "letting Pallavi be independent" was downright regressive. Woman, in this century, people don't "ALLOW" women to be independent. Even if Pallavi did go to Kolhapur, she wouldn't have led a widow's life, her brother would never allow that. Who knows, he may have found another suitable family for her and gotten her married again. Her brother and SIL are good people who saw past VD's fake love. If there's anyone who needs to be independent, it's Mansi. She sits home all day, doing what exactly? Has she ever paid bills, bought gifts for her family, reduced the financial burden of her father or anything of that sort? Nope. Just sitting at home, spewing venon.

Mansi feels jealous that Pallavi found love. She was the one who spoke about finding love again and all that nonsense, but that came with terms and conditions. This T&C included their "Permission" and the way Raghav and Pallu got married, they had no one's permission per say. It also hurts her that she married an influential man. Trust me this trio (BWA, Amruta and Mansi) - They're gold diggers. Good for Rahul, he was saved from this mad family.

I also needed to rant 🤣 She just irritates me so much! She's obtuse, she's delirious and to make it worse, she's a hypocrite. I hope Amruta calls out on her. That will be fun to watch!! I really like Amruta even though she is the way she is because she's not pretending to be someone she's not. Jo bhi hai, muh pe hai.

Now I feel better, after the extra rant. I couldn't even focus on how amazingly Sai runs. And he runs so fast. Reminds me of how SRK runs. I had to repeat his running scenes because of Mansi.

Yes, please!! Get her married so she leaves. Can't stand her presence.

Bold - Yes, bas kuch karti nahi, muh mein dahi jama kar bethi hai, shayad kahi se good news aajaye to turant dahi shakar khaake shaadi karle.

Nothing against the actress though - Just irritated by Mansi. Completely.

Nice post dear and we all resonate with your feelings. Not sure who to pick between BWA or Manasi for their retarded thinking. BWA wanted her children to be married to rich family and get that house. Apart from that I am not sure if she had any personal agenda towards Pallavi. There is a mental torture quotient that BWA caused to pressurize her with money - not allowing her to cater for the ashram, bringing Jagadish Anna, then the abortion track, the female samaj sevak gang, MMS kaand ..endless. Still her goal was to get the house from day one. Manasi is downright selfish. Me, my happiness, my world. I don't even think she will care about BWA if she has to choose between her and a rich person.

If the comments about sending the widowed Pallavi to her brother's house wasn't enough, yesterday the way she was looking at Pallavi, I was scared. It was some bad dark shadow coming at Pallavi. Then she has to open her mouth. gosh..we can't educate fools and that's where she stands now.

BWA yesterday's episode was saying in rishta she is chote saas for Raghav..I was ROFL..sure? you didn't like the bada bhindi name or want to build some rishta with Raghav? Her screen portrayal is annoying yes, but doesn't make your blood boil the way Manasi does.

Mansi was intentionally making Pallavi a target for her taunts. Even in one of the previous episodes, she said this year was supposed to be her first Vat Savitri Pooja and because of Pallavi she isn't able to do it. Itna hi shauk hai Pooja rakhne ka then she should be like Kirti, get a nibba for herself fir dono ek dusre ke liye fast rakhenge

Her jealousy---goodness---she literally stares Pallavi in red saree up and down and her comments were quite cheap for a woman---because she as a woman should also think progressively. She badly needs a reality check. Her taking a dig at Pallavi and on top of that getting support from her BWA and VD--she literally is being useless.

She should get out, get herself a husband she so desires---she thinks her husband will be served to her on a golden platter and she will sit there cursing RaghVi
