Ooh dhoklas, yummy. Now a simple dish like that, I struggle to make!!

I did a two week tour of South India Dec 2019, last trip before lockdown. We spent one night it Mysore. It was really nice there. In fact all of what I saw in the South was lovely. Made a few friends from there whom I hope I can go back to see again😊.

even i had visited, Mysore long back when i was small..after wards didnt get the chance😒😆..i m basically from North Karanataka.coastal region..

thats nice to know, u made some friends❤️.yaa this pandaemic, has flopped everyones plans😵.now going out of house for simple grocery also is risky job

I didn’t realise how big South India is and only got to see a small part of it. I previously did a tour of Rajasthan and then Gujarat to get a flavour of the country but definitely need to go back and spend more time there.

I know! pandemic has changed everything😩

At least we have MHRW and this forum to keep us going😍

Lol..yes pickles are my fav just got Avakaya and Maagayi..sent from my mom in India. Those are both flavors of mango pickle from Andhra Pradesh.

So completely agree with you felt so bad for apallavis pickle jar broken ..that too one that she got from her Maayka...pickles are not pickles..they are love from your mom.

I was wondering if this symbolizes that her relationship with her Aai is going to become strained due to Raghav....? Hope I'm over thinking .

so true....pickles from mom r how precious, only those who miss mom ke haath ka khana, knows the value😭.my mom always she is like.i made one jar for u, from our house mango😳☺️, whenever ur comg or anyone else comes, take them😭😭.now this pandaemic.has spoiled my all plans😭😭

not sure of the symbolism, but looks like it will strain a bit, as she may again go against them, for Raghav❤️, & this time, like earlier, she wont hesitate also

never heard about those mango pickles😳, its nice to know though.i sometimes, get from mothers receipe😆.but they have more masalas 🤪then mango pieces🤣
