Good to have Sharda Aayi back and bonding with Pallavi.

This show is very character driven and even the fillers give you insight into the the subtle changes the characters go through. So this episode was important to set up the next track which would lead to Mandaar's entry.

I loved the episode on so many levels.

Highlight was Ayi asking Pallavi if Amma was better than her. I was expecting this sooner or later. Pallavi's response: she is my saas and you are my Ayi and that will never change. Makes me feel like this will indeed change when Mandaar is back and the saas in Ayi could become stronger than the mother in her. Let's see.

Also loved Raghav insisting that Pallavi not do anything under pressure.

Farhad needs to stop coming to the bedroom now. Bas! 🤣

Pallavi is just adorable- as expected, beyond a moment of laughter, she doesn't care how ugly the sari is, she was just overwhelmed by the gesture. Seeing her response made me really wish Raghav had done this thoda dil se, not on Jaya's insistence and so disinterestedly. Hope he's making up for this with something genuine and whole hearted in the precap.

I'm glad the 'do you have feelings for me' scene wasn't as weird as it seemed in the precap. We did guess that Raghav's lack of enthusiasm in the pooja is because he thinks she's doing it out of obligation, and he told her not to feel pressured, which was really nice. But I still didn't really enjoy the execution of that scene- the writing, pacing, context, idk what it was, but it left me wanting. I was actually glad when they switched to comedy.

My goodness, what a contrived reason to get a character to take their shirt off 🤣Why did Pallavi grab onto his collar like that? Why did he move so aggressively that it tore? Does he buy his shirts from the same sasta place he bought Pallavi's saris, they're cheap enough to tear that easily? And lol, why so defensive with Farhad.. whatever he walked in on didn't look intimate at all, with these two standing so far, looking away from each other while he hands her his bundled up shirt 😆🤣

I liked Sharda today. Like Milind, she respects Vijay's authority as head of the family, but unlike Milind, she knows where to draw a line, and beyond a point, doesn't indulge his nakhras and is able and willing to call his bluffs. She's been extra indulgent in light of his heart attack, but I think he's used up all the bonus leeway he was going to get for that with her. I wonder who told her about the threat Vijay gave Milind? Milind seems unlikely to complain about Vijay, and I doubt Sulochana would...

Sharda-Pallavi scene, I've been dying to see this since the BTS first came out. It was really heartwarming. Pallavi has been so missing and needing her mom, and I'm glad she's there now, her sanki husband's zidd be damned ❤️ I loved how Sharda was both wanting to make sure Pallavi is perfectly happy in her new home with husband and MIL, but also insecure about Jaya being a better MIL, and how Pallavi responded. It was just cute and organic. You can see how genuine Sharda's emotions are when she tells Pallavi that she wished this for her and Mandaar, but she's still so very happy for Pallavi now. I'm so curious as to which way Sharda's going to go when Mandaar returns- she doesn't say it for the sake of saying, she truly believes Pallavi is her daughter, but in the face of a back-from-the-dead son? Things can change hugely. And aww, Pallavi seeking advice from her about Kirti and Sunny- again, so typical na? Asking mom about confusing dilemmas with the in-laws.

Raghav called for his incompetent security folks- pakka gadbad hogi. But the best part of the episode was the precap, because Pallavi is in her back-to-RR-mansion sari, so another couple of episodes I guess. Finallyyy the day is almost here!!

Yes liked what Raghav told her...but he himself bought all the vat savitri things under his moms pressure. This is the guy who married Pallavi under moms pressure. So now that he bought everything and displayed in front if his mom..how does he expect her to say no...

Pallavi rightly said..you guys..you can marry under society ka pressure ..but when it comes to vrat you talk about this.

He doesn't feel worthy yet. I'm reminded of Thor and his hammer🤣. Also they way he moved away from her after she clutched his shirt was very...unhusbandly. Is thus the same guy who was singing songs for her and wanted some space in her heart? We are watching 2 diff versions of RR here.

I am so glad we had that scene because it revealed what I have suspected for a while now. His guilt is weighing very heavily on him and he doesn't think he deserves affection from her beyond maybe just friendship, and he certainly doesn't feel he has the right to expect things from her like her fasting for his long life. Also glad that he doesn't expect her to do things because of log kya kahenge. We know he never cared about that in his own case but it's nice to see him reinforce that he wants her not to care either. Also loved that Amma relieved her of the pressure and left it up to her, even though Pallavi would be praying for her son's long life. These things need to be told explicitly sometimes and is a good message to the audience. Pallavi is the kind to want to do it even more because no one is putting pressure on her. I found that a sweet scene.

He moved away because of being startled by Farhaad's voice, the rest was accidental. I liked how the person who wanted him to keep his shirt on is now asking him to remove it so casually and also how she sneaked a peak at him when he was taking his shirt off.

Honestly the comedy scene was not really funny at all.. ok.. the sari choice was bad.. but bangles is jewellery na and raghav couldnt get decent bangles. Very contrived... totally couldve been avoided..

Again raghav had a work deadline coming up which is why he was dismissive of his mom earlier and pallavi later... totally relatable.. me likes this small bit. The husband cribbing about doing family work and the office work getting delayed... it happens all the time at my place.. but the husbands anyways do it..

Again, i liked that raghav told pallavi to not come under societal pressure urf amma n aayi to keep the vrat. In fact he doesnt really think himself worthy that she has to keep vrat for a man like him.. Methinks, his guilt complex is too high that he is just happy with this namesake husband-wife relation they share. He isnt really thinking beyond the commitment and responsibility of being a husband, i meant the emotional aspect of being a husband to pallavi which is why he is dismissive of the vrat. We dont share that kind of husband-wife relation, he says.. he is aware of the emotional aspect of being a husband but he is not working on it intentionally i believe. Would be interesting to see how much of a role this guilt complex will play when mandaar is back.. will he retreat?

Aayi-sharda: very beautiful asking about saas and husband.. aayi genuinely sees that pallavi is happy.. but aayi is jealous.. ah the mention of aayi that she wanted this for her and mandaar.. with the impending mandaar’s return, ayi’s mother-saas roles will be put to test.. Pallavi herself will be in an emtional mess with her feelings for raghav and this mandaar return is going to be very difficult for her. I hope amma is there for pallavi cuz ayi will have her own thing going on.. i hope amma stands with raghav and pallavi individually and not give foolish ideas.

So raghav knows ved is back.. good.. and the small bit that he wants pallavi to enjoy her first vat savitri vrat and not be bothered about ved. Now that he knows that she wants to keep dil se, so another sari, maybe he took krishna and got a good one. I hope..

Ved.. am waiting how he is going to use sunny and mandaar to get back at raghav.. ved right now doesnt seem to want to attack raghav or his family physically. Lets see..
