New to the show and this forum [Need an understanding]

Hey guys!

I've just started watching this show today [just finished the first episode😆], because one of my close friends recommended it. And even in the promo, I found the chemistry between the leads to be FIRE! I know I have a lot of catching up to do, and I'm planning to do it by this week. But, there was something in the 1st episode regarding which I have a doubt. After Raghav throws Sindhoor on Pallavi accidentally and she washes the saree, there is this one mark that doesn't get washed away. What is that supposed to signify?

Is this supposed to mean something, or is it just some random mark? Because it doesn't look like "R" to me, if that's what they're trying to signify.

I'm sorry if I'm asking a silly doubt😳. I'm just curious that's all.

Even I felt like they wanted it to form an R, but it ended up being incomplete. It looked more like a "K"😆. For a minute I was like, yeh "K" kaun hai?
