Whats with Nikhil?

What is this Nikhil mystery? I hav some confusion with this character...please clear it

1. Harish hire him for smuggling stuff....so does RR recognise him...does Harish didn't introduce him to anna?? Not in any scenes?? Has i missed any shot??
2. If not than why RR was giving weird and annoying glare to Nikhil for his sudden entry in shop?

Harish has yet to introduce Nikhil to Raghav ke doesn't even know Nikhil is the diamond boy.

He did not like Nikhil coming in and speaking when he was arguing with his Saree ka dukaan
