The thing is Raghav ka jo bhi trust issue hai with women, that can be resolved when he sees an example of diametrically opposite women to that of his thought process. I don't think he sees Pallavi as a gold digger, but someone in whom he apparently saw a ray of hope for himself as he felt she was different and that got snuffed out. But that hasn't changed his obsession for her. Cause somewhere he knows that she is not all bad. But he cannot nullify because of the misunderstanding. Pallavi is a stable, mature woman.

But Raghav is completely the opposite of a stable partner. Infact he is unstable. No parent would hand over their girl to him, seeing how he is and has been with Pallavi. And why should Pallavi win him over. What has he done for her apart from troubling her and insulting her at every chance he gets. Pallavi is strong enough to deal with him, but baat wahi hai. Raghav is unstable and impulsive and outright mean most of the time to Pallavi, so Pallavi ka usko jeetne ka to sawaal hi nahi aata

Infact, Pallavi has already won him over, by the strength of her character and by her sheer audacity to contend with him. Koi Raghav Rao ke saamne tik gaya, wohi bahut badi baat hai, woh bhi koi aurat. No wonder, LION has targetted Pallavi, cause if he really knows Raghav well, he knows that Raghav without any reason would not be interested in Pallavi. There is something he seeks in her, something that has captured his attention.

I don't think it will fit the current narration tbh. Raghav hasn't done anything good for her till now for her to win him over. Raghav sure had his heart broken in the past but he still holds love at a very high level while pallu isn't interested in it at all. Going by the story(so far) it would make more sense for raghav to win her over.

And frankly speaking,if it's pallu to win her over it would be shivika all over again for me😆anika kept trying to win shivaay over despite all the insults,manhandling and what not be put her through don't want raghvi to have the samething😆

What you describe fits right in with his personality and I would rather he behave this way than do a 180 and become a kitten all of a sudden. It would seem out of place and unpalatable to the audience. I want her to be crazy about her but not lose his dignity and self-restraint. Also, completely agree that he does exert a lot of self-control in his emotions. He's become like that, but when the floodgates open I just can't imagine how overwhelming it can be for the recipient, especially one who is an orphan and has been living away from her brother with her in-laws for a while in a somewhat toxic environment.

I like the volcanic eruption analogy because it really fits here but I also want to see if the PH will have the courage to show Pallavi eventually match him 1 on 1 in that aspect when she's ready to open up. I can't imagine her being sweet and docile with him. They crossed that bridge a long time ago. He has a very possessive and protective streak in general for those he cares about (we saw it in his interaction with even his close men) so it can only be manifold when it comes to Pallavi.

I want to know if, when he realizes he loves her, will he accept it and behave accordingly or will he be in denial until something wakes him up and makes him realizes she's branded onto his heart and can't be let go.

See, Raghav cannot change his core. Woh rahega waisa hi jaisa woh hai. Lekin thoda bahut calm hoga, cause you cannot be hot lava all the time. Pallavi is the necessary coolant to his burning self.

Raghav is very much aware what kind of love he understands, "Lehron ki tarah, takrakar bikharne wala nahi hai pyaar; kisi par mar mitne ka naam hota hai pyaar. Insaano ka kaam nahi hai karna pyaar; kyunki jo pyaar ko jaan le, pyaar uska jaan le". This is Raghav Rao. So in a nutshell, you can imagine what will happen when Raghav understands what he has began to feel for Pallavi. But the thing is bolne, aur mehsoos karne me farq hota hai. So jis intensity ke saath ye baat usne boli thi, usski triple intensity ke saath he will go after Pallavi.

How Pallavi responds to Raghav's love, well, she hasn't ever experienced love dear. Not at least the kind Raghav is talking about, "to live and die for love" types. So, I guess, we will know later. But yes, I am sure whenever she will, she will respond to his feelings in the manner Raghav would want her to.

And the most important thing, please version comparison band karo. Jin logo ne original nahi dekha hai, woh dekhna nahi chahte, and isko ek fresh story ki tarah hi treat karna chahte hai.Comparison karke, mazaa kirkira ho jaata hai. Aisa nahi hai that I am not aware of the original version. But MHRW has lot more differences in terms of premise and execution. The main leads too are very different from the original leads. Dekho tropes are common all over ITV - regional ho ya na ho. But compare karke, spoiler de ke viewing experience kharaab hota hai, ye soch soch kar, "haaye aisa hoga, waisa hoga". So let's just stop doing that for our own sake. Let's only enjoy this version and watch it as something new - because frankly, this is new for me.

I just thinking it would be interesting role reversal. But for Pallavi her dignity and self-respect are of utmost important and she won't sacrifice them for anything, not even him. I don't think he will manhandle her, not after today.

See, mellowing in a sense that he won't trouble Pallavi to give his ego a kick and torture her. That is the only sense of mellowing I can comprehend. Apart from that, Raghav is incapable of mellowing down more than that, at least initially, when he has to face Pallavi pushing him away. He won't like it. Raghav's style of love is very different. It isn't domesticated, it's aggressive and untamed. But that does not mean it isn't love. Pallavi hasn't ever seen that kind of love. Raghav has always set his limits with women, especially Pallavi, which is why she is so comfortable even when she is doing tashanbaazi and badtameezi. He is restrained, and that restraint is solidified by his mind. But love is done from heart and unrestrained, he will go all in Pallavi's space and that will shock Pallavi a lot. And Pallavi continuously withdrawing from him, is going to irk him.

Just remember the night of her absence, Raghav said, "Challenge chod ke kaise ja sakti hai". When he reminds her day in day out to withdraw and leave. So you see, he sees a minute possibility of Pallavi withdrawing from anything remotely connected to him, he goes berserk. Just imagine, when love creeps in here, what will happen. I feel terrible for Pallavi. Cause if she feels Raghav is too much, then sweety, he hasn't even started with "too much" yet.

And finally, elaborating on your point. Amma and Kirti are family that Raghav is born into, he hasn't chosen it for himself. Family will always be there, chahe kitne bhi problems ho, woh rahenge zaroor. Lekin Pallavi is someone Raghav will consciously choose to have for himself, only for himself. And treatment of that kind of choice will be very different from that of a family he is born into. I feel, that the territorial, obsessive, possessive aspects of Raghav Rao will be tripled in this case here. Cause I can see it simmering under his skin, ready to explode. He is holding himself back a lot, have mercy when the volcano erupts.

Raghav is very passionate, that's the first quality of him which made me stick to this show. He will follow his passion eventhough the other person doesn't accept or ignores him. He will go all out for them..

That's what I want the show to portray. Hopefully the makers portray that passion n obsession inside Raghav not the family stuff n sloppy tracks!!

I can see a RK kind of person in Raghav . The thing I liked abt that show was till the end of RK, they showed him like the person he was. He was proud n crazy. I hope makers maintain the character of Raghav till the end. He can mellow down towards Pallavi n his family but not become the typical sacrificing hero!!
