Not watching this nonsense

Hi guys,

I am more of a silent reader of this forum and have commented only a few times, so you may not know me. I just read Nephy's post and I share her sentiments. While I don't have a problem with the dil vs dimaag thing, I do have a problem with how Manushi has been inserted in the storyline. I haven't watched BK but from what I read of its remake in other languages, this forceful insertion of the sister character had always been the downfall of their storylines and what made BK unique was this early riddance of this annoying character. In my opinion, while I didn't have a problem with "realistic" love, I do have a severe problem with the way the storyline has been going - the obsession with Manushi (humko to lag raha hai ki jabse channel ne support, sorry, interfere karna shuru kiya hai; tabse Manushi to screen se hatti hi nahi hai; zaroor zee ka karnama hai), the blatant misogyny, Babita's utter and absolute nonsense, now Meet spewing Savitri and Yamraaj stuff - I am really fed up with this.

I wanted a romcom, with some villains for drama; not drama with some romcom as bait. As the show is clearly failing to live upto its potential, I better stop watching it. I will still be an occasional silent reader, for better hopes. But no more Meet, watching regularly, for me.

It was nice meeting all of you here. Hope you guys can make it through to a better time.

Its sad how they made a potential progressive story into same old regressive stuff.

I am glad ki you have same thoughts as mine as I was concerned whether I've any problem with my understanding.

But many of us here have same thoughts.

I agree with you that this forceful insertion of manushi took away the charm of meets as well as their individual characters,and God knows how will they make everything alright now as story has gone for a toss and beyond the limit of correction.

I am glad to meet you and hope ki we could talk more although show doesn't left any chance to do so but still if you can manage will be happy to meet you here once in a while🤗

Pehle muze lagta tha ki mai akeli hi hu jise meet ki storyline se problem hai. Shayad is liye kyunki mai BK lover hu. Par ab lag raha hai ki faults to writers ki script me hi hai 😆

Yaar BK ki story progressive thi you know I was so happy when I read once you mentioned that someone asked Bokul if she had to choose between Rishi and herdream what will she choose and she replied obviously her dream and Rishi supported that reply.

You know I was like yeah this is women empowerment and strong FL and cooperative husband.

yes bokul ne kaha tha ki dream aur husband me choose Karna ho to wo dream choose karegi

But agar dream aur Roy family ( best family you know na) me se choose karna pade to wo bina soche Roy family ko hi choose karegi👍🏼

I think at this point sbko hi thodi to problem h hi… I may not say that the show overall is not good but I do have my share of problems with the show.. but it is still better than most of the stuff being served in name of creativity.. ao although I am choosing to quit the forum.. I would still want the show to continue and get better trp and due recognition…👍🏼

They have picked major points from BK and created their own story around it… most of the places they lacked … but in some places Meet did a better treatment than BK.. cannot ignore that too…

BK and Meet me 1 or difference h .. except Roshni and somewhat Samar .. the whole family is adorable ..

while in this family except Meet A, Ragini and somewhat Rajvardhan… whole family has major mood swing issues … Sb flip marte rhte h as per situation…I didn’t include Tej kyuki wo jo Sunaina k sath kr ra h I am not liking it ..

so apparently.. writers have changed.. and a recent changed happened again… lets see how story goes forward….
