Help with a recipe!

She made something that she put in a muffin holder/cupcake holder of some sort and then there was a separate stuffing that she made after and she put it inside an oven. I believe the stuffing had potatoes in it? I'm not entirely sure.

I've been going over the recipes on the masterchef website but I can't find it anywhere. Could someone please tell me the date of the episode or link me to a recipe page?
