How about we have a Recipe Exchange Corner, seeing as the show is all about cooking?
We could put up our fav recipes & give hints & tips to make it better. And give feedback on how the recipe turned out. The recipe can be Indian, International, Fusion, Dessert, Snacks, Cookies, Condiments, etc.
If you folks are agreeable, we can make this a sticky.
What do you say? Do respond.

Fudge Crinkles

Ingredients
  • 1 (18 1/4 ounce) box devil's food cake mix (Betty Crocker Super Moist suggested)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil (butter is better)
  • 2 large eggs confectioners' sugar or granulated sugar, for rolling
  • Choco chips, nuts, butter scotch chips, raisins, skor bits, m&ms anything you can think of (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Stir (by hand) dry cake mix, oil and eggs in a large bowl until dough forms (don't overmix).
  3. Dust hands with confectioners' sugar and shape dough into 1" balls.
  4. Roll balls in confectioners' sugar and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until center is JUST SET.
  6. Remove from pans after a minute or so and cool on wire racks.

I use Dark Chocolate cake mix with half a bag of choco chips for melt-in-the-mouth cookies with about 12 mins in the oven (using a tsp for portion sizes)

Notes

A very quick recipe.
You can use any flavour cake mix (eg, vanilla mix with butter scotch chips, strawberry mix, french vanilla mix & rolled in coconut & sugar, possibilities are endless).
